i am waiting until i get paid,at the end of the month, as i still have a mortgage and bills to pay, he has made it clear in a phone call that he understands i want to protect any monies i am owed, so if i did that for him, he would then make sure i was paid, so we will see, once i am paid, than i have all my dates and events to go to HR with, if they don't pay me then i am going to HR anyway.

OP this is called blackmail, and I wouldn't stand for it I would be straight down to HR

agreed. talk to HR, they HAVE to pay you for what you have worked!!

If you don't, I am going to assume you do not want to be helped, and won't reply.

because i need to get paid at the end of the month to pay my bills, i am so annoyed that one mans actions have left me in this situation, and another person has left today, its crazy

OP Forward the original email to HR and go and speak to them, if you don't get paid that is because your actions are helping your manager and not yourself.

i am not saying i am not grateful for any advice, i didn't come here for people to say that because i don't follow theor advice i am wrong, right from the start i made it clear i was going to be leaving, and that i wanted advice on whether i had a case about the "mentor" and his behaviour towards me, once i have been paid i will go to HR anyway, but i wanted advice on how i went about that part of it, and if there was any case around that, i do know that they are trying to blackmail me, i am not stupid, i have many emails to my manager, and phone records showing calls just after, he is saying that if i don't pay ball then itmay affect my pay, and i am soory of people think i am mad to protect that, but on the day i get paid all my bills are due to be paid, so i have no option, if i did then i would have just gone to HR without a care

what do you mean "case"? If you are angling for constructive dismissal and compo, then you need to follow the internal grievance procedure to the letter, which you are refusing to do.

it's stay and do that or leave with nowt, one or the other.
