  • Hi all

((hug)) anyone who needs one. Where is everyone today?

Have been to the market this morning and picked up some nice bits and bobs. DS1 in full-on toerag mood and DS2 very mischevious (but cute) - think they are both hyper after an early start today. Hope DS1 not coming down with anything as he's a bit hot and *very* grumpy. Afternoon with CBeebies and lots of vit c I think.

DW engineer has been round and the spare part to fix it will be £85  and he thinks the computer might have gone too  . Looks like it will be cheaper in the long run to get the Hotpoint man round, £90 service charge but free parts.

Iced DS2's first cake this morning and quite chuffed with it as I've never done 'posh' icing before. Tonight I'm doing the grown-ups cake which will be a chocolate one, have made the cake already, so just going to decorate it with white choc icing tonight. DH will be busy assembling the various birthday presents so have decided to treat ourselves to a takeway and a glass of wine.

    Moggins,

Yes, from next Friday lunch time to Sunday lunch time. I'll be staying at the Cheltenham Townhouse in Pittville Lawn. I'm looking forward to seeing Cheltenham because I've never been there.

I'll have free time on Friday night and maybe Saturday night as well, the rest of the time I'll be doing courses on Local Policy:eek:

It would be nice to get together if it's possible, is there anyone else in the area up for a mini meet?
