The reason that Regular Savings have been ignored here is that the OP for this thread did not intend that it would compete with the pre-existing Regular Savings thread.
If the account is a regular savings account, then do not post a link on this thread, but instead post a link on the following thread:

Sorry! I should pay more attention to the detail, I was thinking there must be some flaw in the accounts and I'm just missing it!

AA Telephone Easy Access Account (Issue 1)

"Tiered variable interest rates. Deposit from £1 – £9,999.99 and earn 2.60% gross / AER and balances of £10,000 or more earn 3.00% gross / AER. So, the more you save, the more you earn. Rates include a fixed 12 month bonus." "Make unlimited transactions using your linked account with no-notice withdrawals."
    http://www.theaa.com/savings/telephone-savings-account.html

Strange that they pay more for an account operated by telephone than one operated online. (Internet Extra 2.40% AER).

Update: Existing thread discussing this account.

    Coventry BS Onlive Saver (2)

    Easy access
    3.15% including a 12 month bonus
    4 penalty-free withdrawals
    £1 to £250,000

Coventry BS Online Saver (2) has been replaced by (3). I cannot spot any difference between (2) and (3) and as the bonus lasts 12 months from opening the account and one cannot have a (3) if one has ever had (2) I don't understand the reason for the new issue.
