The rate applies to balances over £10k.

Faster Payments for withdrawals yes (I suspect by end of next banking day as all payment accounts must provide these days and not near instant transfers that many banks provide).

Note however that deposits must be by Direct Debit from your linked account and these takes a few banking days to occur.

If anybody opens one, do a test FP deposit for £1 and let us know if it's accepted!

I think it will be as they have the same condition on their Internet Extra account and that does accept FP in. FP out also arrives same working day.

I have the older 3.2% AA easy-access internet savings account. I can make deposits by faster payments in the usual way (ignore their direct debit method).

Me too.

Faster payments out arrive the same day - except weekends and bank holidays, when they arrive on the next working day
