I'm not sure whether you are a troll or just extremely self indulgent.

You are a healthy adult, there is no reason why you would be "unemployable". You need to get out there and get on with it, whether that be via the WP or finding your own work.

Haha I am not a troll this is my true life :D

    Thanks.

There's a completely foolproof way of getting out of it. Get a job.

You mean the disability benefits that even people with disabilities can't now get? Good luck with that.

I'm starting this on Monday! I have been signing on for a year, sadly my industry is just making everyone redundant, and I am trying desperately to get work using my other skills, even if it's just a few hours a week and gets me off JSA. If you have a degree you could do tutoring, that pays quite well per hour and I've seen adverts for kids just finished their ALevels charging £12 an hour. You could get double the min wage and it can be good fun helping a kid with their homework or get into uni. I've been doing a bit of this as I used to tutor a lot of kids.

I tried to sign off when they said I'd have to go on the Work Programme, but they refused to let me give up my benefits (I went into a bit of an emotional rant about how I felt humiliated signing on and I would rather try to survive on no money) and said I would probably only have to go once a fortnight. We'll see how that pans out. I was told though that they have a lot of really useful things there to plunder, I am hoping to get advice on starting up my own business so I can be self employed and have some control back over my life. I can post back on Monday to let you know how it went!!

Aww good luck you sound like you are one of the ones who really deserves to get a job. :) Hope you get something from it.

Don't know about that. One of the guys in my rugby team gets it for depression or something. Just convince them your utterly depressed and suicidal and i'm sure you'll qualify. Too hard to disprove, you see. You can't put a camera in someone's personal thoughts to diagnose them to see if they are lying or not

If I do that they will send me to interview technique sessions etc. It would be even worse if I told them how I felt.

Well i feel you dont want help or resigned to staying as you are, if you want to get off jsa dn get a job then maybe tellign the JC that you have confidence issues would help you to get a job. Ive been on jsa so i know what its like.

Print off your CV plus cover letter and ask in every shop on the high street and any shopping centres/retail parks you can easily get to.
