A HUGE thank you to Shays Mum and Freejunkie for posting about this company.
I ordered 3 colours in the foundation range in both finishes, two finishing powders (all sample sizes) a small sized blusher, foundation brush and a blusher brush and the whole lot including P+P around £26
And when it arrived (the following day) it was like someone had sent me a pressie, everything was wrapped so beautifully.
One think Im really impressed with straight off are the samples are in vials rather that bags or the small sized jars. So much easier to control how much you are dispensing (esp if a novice to minerals) plus Im going to keep the sample vials to use in my make up bag instead of carrying full jars with me.
Now as for the minerals, I ordered the soft focus and the healing finish in all the colours I chose and Im leaning towards the more matt finish of the healing. At 43 with combination skin, huge pores and even rosacea, its doing a great job of covering the lot and not making my pores look huge which was the biggest problem I had with BE minerals. Staying power Ive not really had time to test as yet but will be doing a full shift in the bar tonight so fingers crossed.
The brushes are extremely soft and very good quality for the price. A few problems with loose hairs the first couple of swirls but thats settles
Blusher is too pale for me unfortunately but its really lovely with a lovely sheen. Was worried when i first opened it as it looked glittery but it comes out as a sheen.
So far very happy with Elemental Beauty. Much better product for me then the Lilly lolo (that I found to be very grainy although fab blusher colours) And gives me a far better finish then BE0 -
Darn...I put off the temptation of buying Lily Lolo samples for ages until yesterday and missed your posts about Elemental Beauty.
Anyone else tried both?

Not sure if its been mentioned as i haven't read all the replies. But i use 'Sheer Cover', its from America and advertised on TV.
On TV it retails at £29.95, which includes 2 shades at a 1.5g pot each, finishing powder, concealer,60ml purifying cleanser, 30ml nourishing moisturiser. I think with the small set which this is, you also get the brushes to apply the make up. Which is a 30 day set
Anyway after buying it from the TV, i now buy it off ebay as its much cheaper. I just bought a 90 day set, which is 2 shades at 4g each, finishing powder at 4g, concealer at 3g, 120ml purifying cleanser, 60ml nourishing moisturiser all for £27.
Bargain as i go for the 'light range' set, but only 1 shade of the foundation suites my skin tone and i didn't need the concealer this time. So i am selling those on ebay. For the concealer alone its at £4.50 with 2 days to go and 21 people watching.
I really really like it, it takes mins to apply and lasts all day and best of all looks soooo natural. Im not game to try anything different, because of how much this type suites me.Mummy to two girls: October 2013 and February 20160 -

Out of the bare Escentuals and the EB brushes - EB, apart from the loose hairs still. I dont know, perhaps its because they are black that I can actually see how much is loaded or that they are tighter and softer but Im using a lot less mineral and Im not getting any soreness from buffing.
Do like the LL concealer brush over the BE one as well, much smaller so I can do tiny dabs on spider veins.
Biggest gripe with LL samples - came in wee packets which meant a lot was wasted. Loved the blusher colour I chose, really suited me. But what put me off was the mattifying mineral. Well I know it was clay but it came in a wee jar of what looked like tiny rocks and trying to apply just left me very very sore.
Still having a play around of different brands and different brushes, I know MY perfect combination is out there somewhere0 -

I have tried a few brushes and now I stick to:
Lily Lolo - concealer brush (I also have their eye shadow brush but I would say its nothing special and stick to one you already have)
Bare Escencuals - Kabuki Brush - this was the best one for applying foundation. Flawless Face Brush this is best for blusher or finishing powder

Normally an Everyday Minerals fan but have got myself some Lily Lolo to try. A theatrical makeup shop near me sells it, so I've bought a full size instead of shelling out on loads of samples.0

has anyone used the number 17 mineral make up from boots?
i need to try to hide my oil slick but dont want to shell out loads of money as i am hoping it is a temporary hormone problem.0 -
revlon is also going to introduce its mineral make up soon in boots ... wonder how thats going to be ...
also can somebody tell me if you can get maybelline pure makeup in uk stores ?
also maybelline seems to have taken out mineral makeup too ... but not in the uk as yet !0 -
A lot of the mineral makeups on the high street aren't true mineral makeups. They are full of loads of other ingredients that can irritate the skin.
Everyday Minerals and Lily Lolo have about 5 ingredients in each. I know that the Revlon one has about 20 ingredients.0
