I had him on Instant message and last year he decided to put his face up.
You just want to hit the monitor everytime you see his face.0 -
Even worse, Stanford is using a £10 courier when they could get it for £5.99
or even cheaper at £4.99 sometimes.I have emailed the person to advise them and have recommended they come here for a chat.0 -
I like many many others had my parcels stolen by Kevin King. He issued me with stationary from dhl to log all my parcels. My final collection was 32 parcels valued at £1,200 most of which still are missing. Paul Nichollas, the investigator from dhl has today spoken to me and told me that the case is now in the hands of the police as he has completed compiling the case against Selective. There is no way that Kevin King is in touch with them sorting this matter out. that is a total lie - yet again!!
He has actually been into the office of his registered address and tells me that there are no parcels left there now. Is there any chance that he may be storing the parcels anywhere else. The landlord has evicted him from the premises for not paying the rent so maybe he has indeed moved them.
I have contacted trading standards and the police but as yet I am unsure of the best course of action to take. I am quite willing to log a claim with the small claims court, maybe this is the way forward.
Unless you know any different??
I think that it is awful that he is allowed to leave negative feedback for everyone as I would have though he has cause enough damage and upset with trying to ruin his buyers feedback.
I wonder if he can sleep at night because I know that I cannot. It is has been a nightmare every morning getting emails from my customers, some of which are not very understanding. I have to date refunded over £800 but two of my parcels were personal and for my grandchildren and contained irreplaceable items which is really upsetting.
Many thanks in advance for any assistance that anyone can be in this matter,
kind regards lesley0 -
