All this rubbish about his company going bust. It is as clear as crystal that he has defrauded his customers and the couriers he used.

His notice states he didn't use DHL paperwork illegally, that's why DHL had no record of the tracking number and barcode number of the sheet Kevin from Selective gave me!

As far as I'm concerned he IS a thief and a conman and I doubt very much I'm likely to see my money refunded or the parcels returned (they had my return address on them) like he says.

Before I could accept it was just someone who had got themselves in a muddle and started to panic, but selling 50 x£900 TVs is looking beyond 'confused' . Surely none of those buyers is actually going through with the purchase?

If they are about to declare bankrupt, it's illegal for them to try to dispose of or sell off assets. They shouldn't be selling anything on Ebay. That feedback actually shows them for the con artists they are.

EBAY has still not banned him. Ebay have a rule for non-payers stuck of after third time, where's there rule for bad feedbacks, surely after x many they should be struck off. They damaged our goods into bits, and the refused to payout - thats fraud according to our books. good luck to whom lost more than us, getting anything out of them now would be seeing is beleiving !!
