sorry to say this but the landlord has gone all funny and wont let me see the office. he said that selective have not moved out yet and until they do the office is not available to let. the only solution now would be for a big group of us to approach the landlord and maybe if he sees our determination he might let us in to retrieve our stuff.

sorry guys i tried my best but i cant spend too much time on this or my work suffers.

Can't you just get the police in, at the end of the day it would appear that these parcels are never going to be delivered and are in effect stolen?
    The money, Dave...
  • thanks for trying.
I have been told that the Police are now involved and that the landlord doesn't have a spare set of keys. They are hoping to gain access to the shop for the same reasons as you. Also that vans have been seen loading up boxes from the shop so looks like they may still be trying to deliver boxes.
  • I just ordered goods from an Ebay seller who claimed they were dispatched with Selective International (curiously he says it wasnt the person trading on Ebay as Selective2007, is that correct, that's not the same person/people? - or just yet another lie) but this is now May 28th and my goods STILL havent arrived. Sadly, I caught out the Ebay seller lying through his teeth trying to fake "satisfied customers" using a non-existent/de-registered ID and had to request a refund, which, wisely he gave me. Had he not I'd have gone to visit him. However, as time passed he told me more and more about S.I. and it appears the owner of this company will be having a very nice Christmas 2007 thank you very much because he seems to have simply vacuumed up thousands of other people's property and presumably vanished as his warehouse is allegedly up To Let. Hm. That doesnt look at all suspicious.

Mr Selective International, if you're reading this, why do you NEVER answer all day long your 0845 Customer Helpline??? And where are MY goods????
DO NOT USE THIS FICTICIOUS COURIER COMPANY - YOU HAVE BEEN FAIRLY WARNED.

Should I contact my local police in Kent or the police in West Yorkshire? Has anyone been in touch with the police and have the number/name of someone I could speak to who is already on the case?

    Vjain,

I saw this in Selectives feedback "Hertford Police log ref 525 23rd May", when I get time I'll be going to my local police to report him and will let them know Hertford police already have a case open.

A Full page of Negs & he had also posted Neg's on all his buyer's (Cheeky !!!!!!)

Just shows how 'not' so good the detailed seller ratings are

    Example Buyer

I would not be happy about having 7 Negs from him, when I've purchased a service, only to be defrauded

He's also posted a Customer Notice on his eBay Shop, stating that he (Selective Int) is filing for bankruptcy, but is still selling other items??
