What are you linking to Wiki for?
Are you not aware of the reasons why you would not want to use the county court for a libel case?
Maybe you should ask your clerk why this would be.
Also ask them how you would libel an anonymous forum poster and if it's possible to libel an anonymous poster how much damages you should seek for damage to your anonymous profile
A "clerk" is not used in a County Court for small claims unless it is a case where an application is made for committal, for example.0 -
These type of cases include such things as a breach of a court order for an injunction...such as domestic violence where the person has broken the injunction or order set against them, which would include their immediate arrest and in such cases Barristers are normally instructed and all evidence documented.0

Whether legally trained or not, any JP should know that "English law allows actions for libel to be brought in the High Court for any published statements alleged to defame a named or identifiable individual or individuals".
You are not a named or identifiable individual.
Do you have an answer to this part of my post?0 -
Do you have an answer to this part of my post?
I'll ask you the same question:
Do you have substantive evidence that I am in any way affiliated or indeed employed by the company Red Saunas Ltd (or any of it's trading names) or have any personal connection with the company or it's directors?0 -
Hmmm....seems to have "gone quiet"!0

As neilwoods says - you never answer a question, just pose another of your own.
I'll answer yours, though. No, I don't, and I've never said that I did.
All I've done to date is to look at your behaviour here and ask if it makes sense.
Here we have a supposedly independent, unconnected "customer" that chooses to write thousands (many thousands - your first few posts contained more than 3000) of words in support of a company that you say you have no affiliation with?
Is that evidence substantive? I confess I don't really care.
So now, are you going to answer my question?0 -
Hmmm... maybe you should have!
You also didn't answer my question!
I am taking a leaf out of your book, by not answering. But like i said before, you are just a total fool now.
All cases involving libel or slander will be heard in front of jury, unless both side agree for the judge to hear it.
So I wonder what you will pretend to be next. A chipendale maybe, tightrope walker or maybe a clown, you would be good at that.
As for being a JP, anyone from all walk's of life can be a JP, but they will be trained in the role, and the clerk will be within the courtroom at all times as the magistrate is NOT legally qualified.
How long are you going to carry on making yourself look even dumber. It is quite pathetic really.Mansion TV. Avoid at all cost's :j0 -
For your information, actions for libel brought before the High Court are "normally" high profile cases whereas action for the same brought to the County Court are for small claims normally less than £5000. This is to prevent the High Court being unduly burdened with "trivial" matters.
I see you've been googling, so you're looking to sue for under £5k for damages to your anonymous profile. Will you be using a solicitor or barrister or will you present the case using your superb knowledge of the law?0 -

No! As I am not obliged to do so!
However, it has been more than clear that you and other "regulars" on this forum have accused EVERY person posting on here stating that they have received goods from Mansion are somehow affiliated with the same company.
The only thing I will accept is a public apology!0
