I have more than enough documented evidence for what I need.

Please, not another night of you pounding away furiously at the keyboard until 4 in the morning!

You insist on making yourself look silly, repeatedly.

Whether legally trained or not, any JP should know that "English law allows actions for libel to be brought in the High Court for any published statements alleged to defame a named or identifiable individual or individuals".

You are not a named or identifiable individual.

For a JP you know sweet FA about the law

As I said previously, a JP doesn't necessarily have to be legally trained but will apply the law as it is in statute.

Seriously how do you slander an anonymous person then KJEG, it is valid question, care to answer.

In this documented evidence you proclaim to have, does it also include the threat you made to find someone and do them harm, or maybe the posts where you called several people certain names, or have you forgot about them.

Lets look at the core values of a JP shall we.

    Good character

    Understanding and communication

    Social awareness

    Maturity and sound temperament

    Sound judgement

    Commitment and reliability.

That part about maturity and sounds temperament, doesn't really sound like you somehow KJEG or the sound judgement.

But on the of chance you are a JP, which i highly doubt you are. I sent a lovely email to the magistrates association detailing your claim to be a JP and how you are on a public forum making slanderous accusations threats of bodily harm. I am sure they would be thrilled to know one of JP's act in such a lovely and dignified manner.

I'll look forward to their reply.

Off to bed now...let me know when you are ready to bring your action. I predict never.

For someone who claims to be "sunning" themselves on the other side of the world you certainly have strange sleep arrangements!

Surely there is a time zone difference?

What are you linking to Wiki for?

Are you not aware of the reasons why you would not want to use the county court for a libel case?

Maybe you should ask your clerk why this would be.

Also ask them how you would libel an anonymous forum poster and if it's possible to libel an anonymous poster how much damages you should seek for damage to your anonymous profile

My belief is that the "regulars" are making themselves look silly!

    So, please do carry on!

I am sure you would, but as you are not a JP, you won't be getting one. Do you even have the slightest comprehension of what a JP does.

So funny to see you making an utter fool of yourself. You keep harping on about suing an civil action and all that rubbish. Yet in a post you made violent threat to trace someone, visit then and hurt them. If memory serves me right, stalking and threats to commit harm to another person is a criminal offence. As a JP you would know that.

To keep this track on thread, any new people here please do read from the beginning and not just the last few pages where a deranged person is making laughable threats. You will see what this thread is all about, an extremely dubious company that will end being dissolved in the near future, and more than likely with your money.

    What is the above about?

The advice you have given about using the county court for a libel or slander action is very poor. You don't even appear to understand why it would not be sensible to use the county court.

Go and use your legal research tool aka google or even give us some advice from wiki
