Is this man the complete idiot?
You cannot harm someone's reputation if they are U N K N O W N.0 -
There also seems to be more than 11,000 people reading this forum, so one can assume that it is public and not private.
So, by all means, carry on!0 -

I refer you to my previous post...

I think I've given you enough advice.0 -
I'm carrying on. I invite you to bring your 'civil action'.
Only forum etiquette and not the threat of a 'civil action' prevents me from writing what I really think of you.0 -
Anonymity On The Internet
Not as straightforward as people think, so armchair warriors unless you really and I mean REALLY know what you are doing never ever post anything on the Internet that might come back and bite you on the !!!.
You can be found without to much trouble unless you are an expert.
Just because you may publish your name against a document doesn't mean that it more binding than someone who is anonymous. After all, there are thousands of people named "John Smith" in the UK.
Again, feel free to carry on!0 -
Off to bed now...let me know when you are ready to bring your action. I predict never.0

You really are (in my opinion) quite foolish! Your "thoughts" are not legally binding. However, your statements are!
So, again, please feel free to state your "known facts" on me!0 -
Seriously how do you slander an anonymous person then KJEG, it is valid question, care to answer.
In this documented evidence you proclaim to have, does it also include the threat you made to find someone and do them harm, or maybe the posts where you called several people certain names, or have you forgot about them.
Lets look at the core values of a JP shall we.
Good character
Understanding and communication
Social awareness
Maturity and sound temperament
Sound judgement
Commitment and reliability.
That part about maturity and sounds temperament, doesn't really sound like you somehow KJEG or the sound judgement.
But on the of chance you are a JP, which i highly doubt you are. I sent a lovely email to the magistrates association detailing your claim to be a JP and how you are on a public forum making slanderous accusations threats of bodily harm. I am sure they would be thrilled to know one of JP's act in such a lovely and dignified manner.Mansion TV. Avoid at all cost's :j0
