Didn't think so. Shame really, someone then could have checked the judiciary site to confirm it as it all posted on the government web site, all district and magistrate judges, all in the public domain and all legal for everyone to see.

While your wondering what next character your going to pretend to be, i would seriously suggest you read up on libel and slander cases, especially the part about a jury. Try an actual legal site, not wiki, not very reliable as you have found out.

Of course it is, it is in every ones concern, especially the public local to that court.

Think about it for a second, a JP who comes onto a public forum, starts to harras several people, even stalk them by trying to trace them via there IP, and them to threaten to commit actual bodily harm.

After all, that goes against the core principle of being a Magistrate and should put into question any cases that said judge has presided over. If nothing else, it will make a great story for the local rag.

But have you addressed the minor problem that you need to be "a named or identifiable individual" to make a case for libel?

No! As I am not obliged to do so!

Remember folks this thread is about Mansion Tv and the dodgy practises, not the rambling's of a dysfunctional person who is trying to deflect the posts away from the real reason why this thread created.

Out of curiosity, why do you keep saying Red Saunas Ltd (or any of it's trading names), we were under the impression it was the other way around that red saunas was trading name of Mansion Tv.
