Unit 10A is actually over 6000 sq ft in size if memory serves me right

Hang on, are you really saying that you think you remember the size of Unit 10A, Belmont Industrial Estate in Durham, when you appear to be saying that you are a customer with no interest in this company?

By the way...I have ordered a 32" TV and am prepared to offer any info that I feel I can advise on to "sensible" people if they want to contact me.

My personal opinion (for what it's worth) is that Mansion are aware of this forum and the comments made and have taken action such as removing their reg no. off the website to minimize loss of sales. It may well be that they are not aware of their legal obligations or are indeed trying to "save the business" from further mis-informed plonkers posting bad reviews on an anonymous website.

As far as taking "Unit 10A" off the website, personally I never ever saw it on there anyway. My thoughts were, being a start-up company and selling a high volume item in a very competitive market against some extremely big players that having 10A as a unit number makes you sound like a small outfit. To me it is perfectly obvious and reasonable that you would want to "big yourself up" as a large company. Unit 10A is actually over 6000 sq ft in size if memory serves me right and it was for rent...if you have ever rented business premises as I have you will know about the guarantees you have to give to the letting agents and the huge initial cost of moving in.

NOTE TO FWOR: Don't bother posting me...I'm not interested!

Just need to quote the whole of this in case you decide to delete it, as it doesn't look good for you in any way...

For example, the fact that you said in a previous posting that your item was collected from Unit 10A.

You really are an absolute PLONKER!

You really do need to go to bed now, and come back when you have a serious point to make.

What is your response to our concerns about the ridiculous inconsistencies within Mansion's website?

I actually feel sorry for you.

That's Ok, I don't mind if you do.

So you have no concerns about the fact that the company that is allegedly supplying you a TV wants the transaction to be governed by Californian law?

For balance - the location of unit 10a was discovered because MansionTV had a company registration number on their site that when searched showed as belonging to Red Saunas at unit 10a. MansionTV did not, as I recall, ever state unit 10a. I also posted the Estate Agent page showing unit 10a as availabled for rent, in fairness to KJEG this could have been a mistake by the estate agent.

    However KJEG did state
They have told me that the tracking number is genuine and it is due for collection today with delivery on Monday and that it is being picked up from Unit 10A Belmont Industrial Estate, Durham under the company name of Red Saunas.
so there is a link to 10A
