Well I am sad to sat that I am going up and up! Not quite sure how, have allowed myself one or two TINY treats but nothing that should really hurt, if I thought that there was any chance I would say I must be pregnant but that is definitely not it, just can't understand it! I am nearly back up to what I was at the start of January and that is unbelievable! Oh I don't know! I will not post a weigh in until I am under what I was at the start of the month so better get my act together and just try harder I guess!
Well done to all those that ARE managing it and those who are struggling you really do have my sympathy...keep at it guys! The secret to creativity is knowing how to hide your sources.

Sorry to hear that bluebellbunny.(love your name by the way.) sometimes it just doesn't make sense does it? Don't let it stop you. Most of us have taken a long time to get this way.......so it might take a long time to get svelte again:D
Hubby got home through the snow so I am happy this morning. Also caught up a bit on my sleep. Work is starting an hour later than normal to ensure we all get in safely. Walking through the snow with a big pile of books,my laptop and all my other stuff should count as weight lifting at the same time as walking. Lots of calories hopefully.:DEnough money to live on so retired early...planning to see where life takes me:D0 -
Just 1lb for me was hoping for more but happy with a lost all the same.I would like to be a glow-worm.

Argh!!!
I currently live at home with my mum who weighs about 18 stone and my overweight stepdad so you would think it would be easy to do it together.....
So far this month they have spent about £15 on sweets, cream cakes, chocolate etc I've tried talking to them and I know the nurse has mentioned it to my mum but they don't care.
I was asked twice last week if I wanted fish and chips for tea  Does my mum just not get it? or realise how bloody hard it is to diet when people ask if I want a take away, a cream cake or every time I go near the kitchen I am faced with cake and chocolate.
Saying 'No' while shopping is easy because I can move on then leave the shop.
I do allow a cheat day which is a Saturday, I usually go out for a meal on a Saturday and it keeps me on track but the week days are becoming a struggle.0
