Well I'm starting this month after losing 1 stone 1lb last month which was a great kick start. I will be very happy with another 7lbs this month!!
So as of 1st Feb I now weigh 15stone 11lbs....I know its still huge but still a far cry from the 17stone 10lb I was last year! And I've had a baby since then!
Would love some recipe ideas...especially vegetarian ones.

Hi All!
Yesterday was OK. Did well with eating healthily, and sticking to the calorie limit until dinner. By then I had managed to pull a muscle coughing, and now it hurts to do anything and everything. So dinner consisted of a couple of crumpets with butter, because it was quick and easy (though not very filling).
Was under the calorie limit though, so that's good I suppose.

O.k. I weighed in this morning at 140.5 lb. Which is a pound off from last week. This is not that good since when I weighed myself on Wednesday I had got just under the ten stone mark which was a great feeling. On the other hand I am so full of cold I have been unable to exercise at all so I wasn't really expecting anything. I thought i was feeling a bit better today so I went on the treadmill but after just ten minutes I was exhausted and had to lie down for two whole hours:eek:
Even if I start to feel better it is still going to be a difficult weekend. My father in law has had a stroke and my DH has gone to Dorset to be with his mum. My daughter is due to be having her teenage friends around for her birthday sleep over on Saturday and we are expecting 10 cm of snow. Not sure where my healthy eating plan will fit in. The week after is half term and I am planning to have a really good week then to make up for it.Enough money to live on so retired early...planning to see where life takes me:D0 -
In my last weigh in in Jan i lost 3lb so 7lb in total in January. Pleased with that! No wine might be worth it afterall. For everyone who is finding it difficult, dont give up. I once heard someone in the gym say 'if we didnt try it would be worse'. so true, even a sts is better than what you would have been not trying.0
