I swear by Oven Mate. Brush on, leave overnight, wipe/ wash off in the morning. My oven is like new now and no smell
More expensive than oven pride though.:o
    Got mine from Ebay.

I put a big bowl of hot water in the base of the oven, set the oven to high, close the door & leave for about 15mins.
    Remove the bowl of water.
Use rubber gloves & a scouring pad & wipe the oven clean.

The steam from the water loosens the grease & it comes off easily. I do this once a month & my oven is as new.
Try to be a rainbow in someone's cloud.
  • my oven is disgusting,
i have tried astonish, oven pride, star drops
and nothing is shifting the grease and grime
well the only thing that does work is scraping the oven bottom but i can't keep doing that can i??

    any other tips at all?
i'm seriously considering paying one of those oven cleaning companies to come and clean it for me!!!!!!!!!!

my oven is still gross because I have only just picked up oven pride oven cleaner today and I'm going to have to put it on tomorrow as it's getting too close to tea time now, but last night i ordered an oven liner from Amazon (also on ebay, lakeland and various other places) so hopefully it will save a lot of hassle next time...I'd never even heard of them before until a kind person told me about them on here yesterday :T
