Hello everyone
I was looking for oven cleaning tips on here, there are many suggestions put forward.
So rather than having to search through loads of replies I thought that I would set up a poll for people to cast their vote.
Post your choice for the 'other' category, if you like.0 -
I have just voted 'other'. i use a cream cleaner left on for a while then get stuck in with good old elbow greaseEmma

The method that works best for me; Fill your washing up bowl with v hot soapy water and put the bowl inside your cold(!) oven, shut the door. Leave 24 hours. REmove bowl and wash oven out with more hot soapy water.
Piece of cake to clean it cos all the steam lifts the grease off and no nasty chemicals:)0 -
As my oven is quite low and my joints don't bend as they used to I'm afarid that I pay a company to come and do a deep clean about once every 18 months:o .Costs me about £50 but worth every penny.I have a Remoska so my oven only really goes on if I am havinga big bake up of cakes .0

I chose other:
I sprinkle with bicarbonate of soda, leave for a bit, then scrub with a cleaning sponge which I keep rinsing with clean water as I go. Not that I do this as often as I should lolLove and compassion to all x0 -
another vote for never cleaned my oven!
The sides are self cleaning, the bottom is lined with a silicone liner than goes in the dishwasher...the rest well, life's too shortPeople seem not to see that their opinion of the world is also a confession of character.
