Are you selling new items as a business or second hand items as a private selelr?

If a private seller then you can refuse a return, but buyers do expect to be able to send things back and may either just leave you poor feedback or else open an SNAD claim with paypal and 'find' something wrong with the dress.

If a business then buyer has complete right to a return.

Thank you, that's what I thought, I'm just a private seller. I am happy to offer her the return, it's just a bit annoying when you think you've got something sold and gotta do it all over again! It's also been nearly two weeks since posting and I'd spent the money already oh well, maybe I'll get a better offer on it next time:p

Am quite new here and on Ebay as well, i never knew they did free listing weekends!. how do i find that out?

I have also got a questions for you please, i have put on some things for sale, about three dresses since three days ago, but apart from one watcher and one bidder, nothing else seems to be happening. Is this how it all seems to go or am i supposed to be doing something additional?

Just add a 'me too' to this thread and make sure you subscribe to it to receive notifications and as soon as someone sees a free listing emails will go out.

Clothes, especially 2nd hand ones from private selelrs are quite poor sellers on ebay, you are going to miss the Christmas market so that will be putting people off , but no, you don't need to do anything else.

Always worth checking your own items against the completed items though to make sure your prices are in line with those that sold and are not too high.
