Right, that's me got about 45 things listed :-)
Got a few with bids already, and if I get my minimum on all my stuff I will be making nearly £500 before postage and fees! Come on eBay, make me rich! Can't think of anything smart to put here...0 -
Well done to everyone who has managed to list so much this weekend :T
I have finally got back to it and listed several things that are related. Just need to keep the momentum going now and get rid of some more of the piles of clutter!* Ebay- 1 Bag a Day *0 -
I had listed 9 things last weekend with a 99p start of which 7 have sold and have spent this weekend listing a further 40 or so items. I have got more to list but decided to try and space listings out so I know I can manage to deliver - parcelling things up and taking to the post office. I should be on first name terms with the staff at the post office at this rate
I even rescued some items that my mum was sending to the charity shop and have taken advantage of the free listing weekend and most of these already have bids on or several people watching.0 -
Phew. Finally managed to sell a few single and job lots of books of my Mum's. Don't mind what they go for, just need to reclaim some of the house! So nice to parcel them up
Manage to list another dozen or so things this weekend, which are all sorts of odds and ends of my Brothers, Mum's and a couple of my own. Also relisted Mum's unsold books.
Fingers crossed. Would love to finally make a few pennies of my own rather than just for other people. It all adds up!0 -
Morning all,
I've had a busy few days with cleaning the house from top to bottom ready for guests this weekend but I'm in work now and have all the time in the world lol!
I managed to get a couple of bags listed at the weekend on £1 or more. Only got 5 bids so far but that's better than nothing! 2 people from the auctions ending last sunday haven't paid yet which is annoying. Don't understand why people bid and then don't pay. Wonder if they're waiting for pay day but you'd think they'd get in touch to say they'll be delayed paying if that's the case. I don't mind waiting a few days if they're going to be delayed but no contact so far whatsoever. Might send a couple of messages to jog them on a bit.
But I have just transferred £211.96 from pp into my bank account which has collected from the last couple of weeks and that's also not including the money that I received that has gone back out again on packing bags and a small bundle of clothes for DS.
AND, exciting news.....I paid off and closed my 1st cc yesterday!!!!!!!!! So chuffed!!

All my ebay money has been spent by my DH on guitar parts... Shouldn't complain, means I don't need to buy it out my wages.... But still lolCan't think of anything smart to put here...0 -

The money I have made from ebay and facebook has been spent on an iPhone and an iPad2. Annoyingly I have been removed from my local selling page. I don't know what I've done wrong other than putting a link to here and the CCCS on an advert of someone who had linked to a money lending site. Hopefully they will let me rejoin. I'm gutted, I had loads of sales through there in the last couple of weeks.
Got 17 items on ebay at the moment. All ending within the next week so hopefully will have some more pennies soon.
I know postage prices are going to be going up soon too. I don't know what they are going up to though. Hopefully not too much of a rise.Debt: 16/04/2007:TOTAL DEBT [strike]£92727.75[/strike] £49395.47:eek:   £43332.28 repaid 100.77% of £43000 target.MFiT T2: Debt [STRIKE]£52856.59[/STRIKE] £6316.14 £46540.45 repaid 101.17% of £46000 target.2013 Target: completely clear my [STRIKE]£6316.14[/STRIKE] £0 mortgage debt. £6316.14 100% repaid.0 -
Hi, I'm sure I've read somewhere that you can list items for free which are 99p or under?
Does anyone know if this is correct? I missed the free listing weekend!
Thanks0
