I've listed 34 items today. Some were relists but most were not. Hope to get some more on tomorrow too.
I was surprised last time with what sold- ie a dress covered in bobbles. Put on with a start price of £8.99 and it sold for that! I wouldn't buy a bobbly dress I don't think.
This time, I've put on a pink bird house (odd christmas pressie) and it has watchers already.Debt: 16/04/2007:TOTAL DEBT [strike]£92727.75[/strike] £49395.47:eek:   £43332.28 repaid 100.77% of £43000 target.MFiT T2: Debt [STRIKE]£52856.59[/STRIKE] £6316.14 £46540.45 repaid 101.17% of £46000 target.2013 Target: completely clear my [STRIKE]£6316.14[/STRIKE] £0 mortgage debt. £6316.14 100% repaid.0 -

A few things ended today, another two ending later today. Selling a coffee machine, up to £22 already, still got about 5 hours left to go :-)
Going to get another root about the house and get more things put on today. Got a few things that I might start at higher than 99p, will need to check completed listings first to see if it's worth it :-)Can't think of anything smart to put here...0 -
I'm having a tidy out as I need to start decorating some of the bedrooms here before the boys come back from uni and have listed quite a bit of stuff on my private account- and have a bid already on one item!
The piles and piles of stuff and cupboard loads of things never seem to get any tidier thoughI’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I hope someone (especially you soolin
) is reading this.
I've just listed a set of 6 silver napkin rings and tried to put photos in from the site shown above. It's not working though. Any ideas what I've done wrong? I highlighted all the text and copy and pasted it but it just comes up as text.
Also; I have already had a question from someone wanting a quote for postage to Belgium. Having quickly looked I think it would be about £20 for tracked but is this a well known scam?
I have international bidders blocked so would also have to figure out a way to allow this bidder to bid. It seems a lot of hassle but maybe they're sought after items over there?

Kaz, firstly I can't really help with the photos as although I know how to do it I can't explain it properly, but the regulars on the ebay board will explain it a lot better then me. You do need to change th eview on th elisting page to 'HTML' though and then drop the HTML in and when you go back to normal view the photos will be there.
As for sellign abroad all my listings, business or private up to £46 an dunder 2kg are offered at least to Europe, and many are available to Australia, American and Canada as well. I never use tracking for any of my goods under £46 though just standard airmail, but then i don't track my items under £46 in the UK either.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I've sorted the issue now!
When you are listing; type your description, go to jpegbay and copy the link, go back to ebay and change the description to HTML, paste the code into your text, then click back to normal listing and the pictures will show up.
I've messaged the fella and said that I will send for £20 but will need to unblock European bidders.
I'd better go and find out how to do this now!Debt: 16/04/2007:TOTAL DEBT [strike]£92727.75[/strike] £49395.47:eek:   £43332.28 repaid 100.77% of £43000 target.MFiT T2: Debt [STRIKE]£52856.59[/STRIKE] £6316.14 £46540.45 repaid 101.17% of £46000 target.2013 Target: completely clear my [STRIKE]£6316.14[/STRIKE] £0 mortgage debt. £6316.14 100% repaid.0 -

If you don't want to allow everyone to bid, just the interested party for this item, you can add his username here http://offer.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BidderPermitLogin
and despite what blocks you've got set up, it'll allow him to bid0 -
Thank you little sheepy, that's great advice and I will use this in future.
I have a bid! He's bid £50 for them so far- hopefully there will be a bidding waras they're on there for 10 days. I only paid £1.50 for them in a charity shop but I've got much nicer ones already so I'm clearing out a little space for myself
