Spiralingdown - I don't know your circumstances and I'm afraid I know nothing about computers, but if you tax return is going to be nil then you will not get charged a penalty.

I'm sorry to point this out but this is no longer the case, from tax year 2010-11, you are liable for the £100 whether you owe under the £100 penalty or not. In previous years the fine could not exceed the tax owed i.e. if you were going to owe £36 in tax, you would be charged £36, if you owed nothing, you were charged nothing, if you owed equal to or in excess of £100 then you got the £100 fee HOWEVER you now get the £100 fine even if you owe no tax, so those who haven't done their return for that year need to get it in by midnight tonight!

Same here, none of my friends use them, I spent 1/2 hour the other day explaining it to a friend who has 3 teenage girls how she could have got "free" stuff with the boots vouchers but I do think it went in one ear and out the other:(

 Nope, still don't understand these people!!!
Well some idiot decided to park their works van in a parent & toddler space in tesco without a child and then proceeded to reverse out of it straight into the side of me. I've asked if they've got it on cctv in case i need it but they've rung back and said the camera was facing the other way.
I've just got off the phone from my insurance and they said they'll arrange for a courtesy car for me but it will be a corsa or something similar but my car is chevrolet orlando (7 seater mpv), theres no way we'll get oh wheelchair in the boot of a corsa.

Argue a like-for-like replacement, they are giving you the corsa because it's a cheap car to fob people off with, with a bit of 'asking nicely' I've no doubt they could find you an estate or people-carrier at least.

    Hi Celebrate
I think czerniacha may have mentioned it a while back - do you want me to say what I think she said - or will it spoil your guesses?

Second thought - shall leave it to czerniacha (shall just say I seem to remember it is a job specialising in something)

Evening all, might wander to T's later if I can be bothered going out in the freezing cold! Haven't been for a couple of days as I haven't been out at all since Monday. No reason except laziness and not wanting to go out in the cold!

I LOVE kievs but I won't buy them unless they're A's, bought some reduced last week and now that's all I want for dinner!! Well that and A's waffles, had to find an alternative to Birds Eye as they have suddenly turned really plasticky! Anyone else found this?

Kiev's, waffles and birds eye's, interesting choice, will add to shopping list
Might want to fry those eyes in olive oil for a few minutes only, stop them going plasticky
Back to square one, no apg, no comment.
