:rotfl::rotfl: Know the feeling - appt was at 3pm. Left there at 7pm :rotfl:
But I'm very pleased with my colours. Cost me £23 :T (+ a nice tip & written compliment) When usually I pay nigh on £100 & am not happy with results :o
Will definitely be going again as they have some gorgeous hair colours (from proper posh companies)
Just need to take sandwiches, flask & book in future :D

I went to my local Beauty academy college for an arm and leg wax and pedicure

Took about 4 hours for the waxing lol!!
Told them I wanted an industrial file for my heels
Wasn't bothered about the nail polish as I don't wear
She spent about 30 seconds filing with this pathetic file then her teacher asked if she could do the polish for practice , what a mess!

Oh well total for everything cost about a tenner!
Didn't go back though with my busy schedule these days if only I had time to go to the loo never mind a makeover!(youngest managed to stab his face while running with his fork while I was in the loo yesterday , I swear I'm going to get a visit from social services one of these days!!!)

Yes, I used self raising flour. I bought it today with the caster sugar and the butter when I was in Tesco having a vision of me being a cake baker. There's more to this baking than meets the eye!

Blame it on the oven ;)

Thank you both for the advice I have passed it onto my friend :)

How many syns is this on extra easy..and erm whats Quark :o

The way I gave the recipe it's 4 syns for the whole lot, 1 syn per portion (SW say just to use 1 sachet of hot choc, but that makes it not very choclately - but then it would be just 1/2 a syn per portion)

Quark is a virtually fat free, bland soft cheese, they sell it in Mr t's :)

Evening all, might wander to T's later if I can be bothered going out in the freezing cold! Haven't been for a couple of days as I haven't been out at all since Monday. No reason except laziness and not wanting to go out in the cold!

I had a lovely dinner earlier today - but my tea... Yuck!!!!

I didn't fancy doing another home cooked meal so I just bunged in some RTC chicken kievs to go with a side salad. They were originally quite dear too £3.10 for 2. It is like chewing shoe leather and all the contents are swimming around as a garlic butter liquid in the oven tin.

I haven't had a kiev for donkey's years and now I remember why

I LOVE kievs but I won't buy them unless they're A's, bought some reduced last week and now that's all I want for dinner!! Well that and A's waffles, had to find an alternative to Birds Eye as they have suddenly turned really plasticky! Anyone else found this?

Blinking lurkers ar gettin me down, the other day someone mentioned about the clip strip werthers which I have had my eye on for a while now.
A few hours later went down and they were all gone, there were about three strips earlier and there is only one poster from my area and not near enough to get them so a lurker me thinks...

Sorry I think it was me that mentioned them:o. Wish there was a way to let people know without the lurkers picking up on it.
