It's called a subject access request and yes, they can charge a fee of up to £10 for it. Technically you only have the right to access CCTV of you, not the car park, so if they're offering for £10 it's probably worth taking, although most CCTV isn't good enough quality to get a numberplate from.
This happened to my oh a few months ago. Best course of action is to contact local police and get ref No for insurance and ask them if they can get the CCTV checked at the time of incident. hth
Thank you both for the advice I have passed it onto my friend :)

This is actually adapted from a SW receipe, but useful for anyone eating very low fat.

    Choc Mousse

Mix 400g fat free fromage frais, 100g Quark, 2 sachets of Highlights hot choc & 1 tablespoon of artificial sweeters (I acually add 1.5 tablespoon of the sweetener) then put into 4 glasses & chill. It's really good for a fat free pud.

How many syns is this on extra easy..and erm whats Quark :o

Everything will be ok in the end, and if it isn't ok then it isn't the end :)

Depends on if you want to get banned again or not, i'd advise against anything the mods might think controversial given your still on a tag.
Back to square one, no apg, no comment.

I got mine done on Tuesday at a Wella Hair Academy ... and I now have an "expensive Cheryl Cole look" :rotfl:(yeah really ... the students had to use expressive language to describe what they had done).
Anyway, I was charged £17.50 and it took nearly 4 hours. But again chuffed cos I cancelled regular hairdresser who was gonna charge me £50.
I'm back to the Academy in 2 weeks for a £7.50 cut and style ... and in 8 weeks for another colouring session. Trying to stick to at least 1 NY resolution.

:rotfl::rotfl: Know the feeling - appt was at 3pm. Left there at 7pm :rotfl:
But I'm very pleased with my colours. Cost me £23 :T (+ a nice tip & written compliment) When usually I pay nigh on £100 & am not happy with results :o
Will definitely be going again as they have some gorgeous hair colours (from proper posh companies)
Just need to take sandwiches, flask & book in future :D

If all else fails - read the instructions...

Can you completely edit out the offending word(s) from the pic and replace them with Dentinox or Copydex?

I'll try and edit it on photobucket. Failing that, I'll have to put it on Facebook.
