    Sounds perfect to me;)

I know you admit to watching TOWIE and you like your makeup too...so you might know the answer to this
How does Lucy still manage to keep her lippy perfect and not end up with eyes like Alice Cooper after the amount of snivelling she did this week? :D

don't worry, you might be right and it's good it's working for you...
I was just talking based on the experience back from the old dtd days... MSM wasn't a reliable source, we were always checking Ts and As websites for more reliable info... :)

Actually, very good point as I do check the individual sites too. All of which is probably why I use Pricecheck less and less these days as I just don't have the time to do the legwork in checking prices and APG gives a better and more reliable return.

Does the Trolleychecker site still exist?

    Thats a hilarious description!!

    Now try this:

Mix 2oz sugar and 2oz fat in a bowl. Mix in an egg. Then mix in 2oz self raising flour.

Plonk the dish with contents in the microwave for 2 mins on full power. Voila!!

Thanks JumbleJack. I've saved this and will try it tomorrow. I'm still cleaning the kitchen from today's fiasco. I've only used an electric whisk once before and I kept lifting it out of the mixing bowl when it was still switched on which resulted in the mixture flying everywhere, over the worktops, walls and appliances.

My first attempt at making a sponge:
Spend 5 minutes trying to fit the "turny" bits of the electric whisk on to the electric knife.
Google "cream butter and sugar until pale" and watch the video on YouTube.
Put butter and sugar in bowl and cream until I am looking pale and wan.
Beat in eggs (easy peasy) and sift (aye aye!) in flour.
Pour mixture into sponge tins and bake at 180 degrees.
20-ish minutes later, remove from oven, cool for 5 minutes and remove from tins.
Look perplexed at flat, sticky things.
Cut a small piece off one of the flat, sticky things and taste.
Throw flat, sticky things into the bin.
Find a Penguin biscuit in kitchen cupboard and forget all baking aspirations.

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: sounds just like me!!!!

Got some good whoopsies for a change today
    5 packs tesco finest bacon @ 70p each , only 4 scanned through :o
3 pks tesco finest stuffing balls 62p each
various rolls , bread and cakes 10peach
    a few others.

Saw a plush winnie the poo that I've seen on here before but wouldn't scan, the sa had to do it manually :(

Noticed someone querying a price for a laptop cooler before he'd paid  He showed the cs where the price was and she agreed he could have it for the price on the shelf.

Got my eye on 2 dtd's, way out of date and 2 different prices on the shelves. Just need to put some money in the bank so I can pay by card.
    :(
