Shes in Brymers avenue, fortuneswell.
Exactly, I hit 18 and realised their were other places to go on holiday;)But we still go down a lot to see family and for the carnival. My Auntie has a shop in Weymouth and they regularly win the carnival float competition(Probably because she owns the fancy dress shop :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:) Now everyone who lives there will know who I am because shes really well known in Weymouth:eek::eek::eek:
 She is just round the corner from our old house on Clovens Road - used to walk up Brymers Ave to get to Tophill for the Disco in the youth club - Did you know Mr Morgan & his horses? Our paths may of crossed
100s of questionsHas your Aunt lived there all her life? If she has she most probably knows my Dad's family
In his painting - the allotments at the front are now Brackenbury School - Our family still has a cottage just to the side of the school. (and a plot of land with no access :rotfl:which my sister had grand ideas of turning it into a camp site for the Olympics this year...)
Mum's side is Weymouth & I have a cousin in Wyke Regis.
Yes was 'dragged' there between age 15 - 18 :rotfl: but when I settled down we returned regularly & still doOur Family Motto ~If all else fails - read the instructions...

We always used to go down for the kite festival, when they used to have a wonderful firework display off a pontoon in the sea
You made me say "Aaahhh" out loud when you mentioned the sandman. My fave memory is the donkey rides on the beach and feeding the swans everyday in the harbour:)Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:0 -
