Oh there's just been an advert to say The Time Traveller's Wife is on next Sunday at 9pm, Channel 4. I HIGHLY recommend it :)

I can imagine Saturday night's are pretty hellish in A&E but in many cases I think it's the hospital. I went to A&E at the beginning of December on a Friday night and it wasn't busy at all but I got put to the bottom of the list and was left heavily bleeding for 4 hours! (having been bleeding for 5 hours before) There's no reason or excuse they could throw at me to explain why I was left that could form a valid argument so as far as I can see the only explaination is a rubbish hospital. I will NEVER go there again...this is Weston Super Mare if anyone is interested! I'm in the process of making a formal complaint.

Have had a run in with this hospital with someone i use to look after in my job, she went into western to have a routine op done for toncilitis, and ended up coming back to me with "C-Dif" at one stage it was very touch and go whether she would die from it - luckily pulled through after a very long six weeks, but sadly died the following year!! I have nothing good to say about this place, the cleanliness was absolutely disgusting the ward where my charge was put had dried in blood stains on the floor and walls, and there was even chewing gum actually dried in and stuck on her bedside cabinet - i always thought a hospital was suspose to be clean - but obviously not in the case of Weston!!!

We always used to go down for the kite festival, when they used to have a wonderful firework display off a pontoon in the sea :)
