Thanks JayK, I am glad to hear that your interview was okay. I will be interestedt o hear how you get on with the car issue too - I am pretty sure that (even though it didn't sound like it today) the OR will see the car should be exempt but I thinks ours may be £1000 over what I can have so will have to make an offer from my OH or a relative. Im not sure how easy/hard that is!

First of all - Congratulations :T:beer::T:beer::T:beer:!!
It's a strange hard slog isn't it but from what I've read on here, well worth it!

I'm just sitting here waiting to see if my OR will call today - :nervous quaking:, will let you all know if she does.

itguy I'm so glad it's going well for you, that's always encouraging to hear.
Emma I'll keep my fingers crossed you can have a phone interview and that all goes well - good luck with the car!:)

hope OR does call you today and get it over with, the waiting is awful once interview starts at least you know there will be an end to it. Remember what you said to me dont drink to much coffee!! You were right as well but I did not ask for a break.

You nearly there. Did they not give you a set time and date understood they supposed to. Mine was on the dot.

Good luck Flo - you will be fine Im sure.
I am heading uot to the OR's agent with the few bits of jewellery and a couple of paintings I have - he was actually very nice to me yesterday and so i HOPE that is to be more of a start of how it will go now.
Off to Dr's app this afternoon as well so who knows.
All on Valentines Day - its a good job my husband isnt bothered and calls it a mnufactured day - usually bothers me that he isnt bothered but not this year.
Opened my cashminder on the phone as well this morning - accepted straight off so should have those details in a week. Inroads i suppose!

So glad to hear you are getting there small steps, good you have cash-minder sorted. Things will get better a bit at a time. I went into blind panics thinking about the whole picture and what ifs etc.. (still do time to time) However looking back I realise I have got through the decision, forms, court and the interview and believe me if you have seen my posts I was in a panic with everything. You are not alone in this we all at different stages are worried, anxious etc..

Hope you have a better day today and don't be hard on yourself emotions are all over place after just going through BR. Its took me a week ( went court last Tues) to settle and realise its done.

Small steps you will get there.

I have a feeling now it won't be today!

When the OR called last week she said it did depend on when my forms arrived and that it may (but was unlikely to) be Monday, possibly tuesday or wednesday and that she liked to carry out her interviews in the mornings, usually around 10.

So...maybe tomorrow ?

Ha ha - the coffee sitch would be bad - I'm a terrible wriggler!!

Emma you do sound a lot better today , hope your jewellery and paintings aren't worth much!! (In the nicest possible way!).
Glad your Cashminder is open too, makes you feel like a normal human being again doesn't it?.

GGRRRRRRRRR!!!! TalkTalk have just emailed me to say that they have tried to take their DD and were unable to - 5 b£**$y days early so the money wasn't in yet!! :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

So that's one Cashminder strike already - what a good start! Will ring them later and take out my BR frustrations on them, then call the Co op.

How frustrating hanging about without a def date that would do my head in (not that its not already)! Have just had another creditor phone and this one has always been aggressive soon as I mentioned was BR changed and became polite because they know they are in trouble if they are rude. Was most satisfying I can tell you felt very pleased with being able to state it clearly. Yes week gone quick this time last week I was gulping coffee in a cafe and waiting to go back and see judge! Be great if year goes as quick although I expect will receive BRO/U maybe although you never know.

Have been onto several companies to ensure my payments are into cash-minder wears you out all this paperwork. Tomorrow going to give myself complete break and go for long walk and clear my head.

Hope you do get the call soon bit unfair for you having to build yourself up for call each morning. Hoping I don't get any more calls today. Posting off all stuff to OR today once got witnessed. Made a few notes on the bank statements- may clarify few things and save further mumblings from me with the OR. Been reduced to a wreck this last week but another few weeks will see me much better placed as you will be also Flo and we can all start to move on a little with normal life. Mines on a complete hold.

I also have a thumping ESA form to fill in for medical assessment to return. Will tackle that Thursday.
