Same, i would be very intrested in buying this set as reviews of it look impressive.
Just intrested as well how it rates on SD material as for the near future i will only be using it with my sky+, Prog scan dvd player and XBMC (poss a 360, but want to see how HD v bluray goes first!)0 -

Yeh same here as I might be buying a PS3 in the future so I'll see how that goes first!0 -
I can't believe we only get one HDMI where as the yanks get 3!! That's what's stopping me getting one.0

Indeed however bare in mind there is component which "Apparently" is just as good and will carry a HD signal. I was a little offput by this also but as and when in the future I have more than one HD source I'll upgrade my AV amp to one with HDMI.

Which gives you a grand total of 2 HD inputs?0 -

Not necessarily. I imagine that in the near future there will be home cinema amps (and they will be expensive to start with) that will have 3 or so HDMI connectors passing through audio and video. Or you could just get a switchbox, Misco are selling one for around a hundred quid.0 -
Yeh I know about the amps and adapters, but that relies on another box that costs more money etc.0

I already said that I'd upgrade my current Av amp to one with HDMI should I need it. I've not looked into it much into it but I beleive they can be sourced for £250 upwards? I really don't see having 2 Inputs for HD content as a problem, is it a problem most tv's don't have a zillions scart sockets.
Remember the TV is £500 with vga/pip/pop etc. If the TV was circa £1000 and only one HDMI then i'd grumble but its really not an issue tbh.
Geoggy I'll hopefully get mine tomorrow, I'm offshore(N.Ireland)

I'm about to order one, so I'd value your opinion when you have it up and running.0
