  • All the answers appear to be yes ut if its wall mountable it should have a vesa type plate at the back or bolt inserts. I can't see anywhere on the pictures for that.

Maybe its got some strange way to be mounted but I can't find a Hannspree mount anywhere :(

I dont have sky so just testing it with the arial. I am now playing a DVD and I have to say I it looks ok to me

There does seem to be 4 screw size holes in the back maybe they are for the wall mounting.

Does anyone recommend anything I should specifically test for ?

    re wall mounting;

    have a look here

    http://europe.hannspree.net/filectrl/Xv37_JT02-37E1-000G_specs_v1.0.pdf

and if still i doubt send a mail here and ask for a recommended bracket

    info.europe@hannspree.com

re testing - bit difficult ot say really without knowing what kit you have and how it is connected.

if you only have dvd and its connected by scart - how does that look? how do the blacks look in dark scenes and is there any motion blurring.

its a pity you dont have a HD source to connect to the set. For eg a laptop where you could download hd movie trailers and play them on the tv, or an xbox 360.

its an OK on these that is making me hesitate.

I am trying to get my nintendo 64 to work on the TV (not used it for a few years). Should I still be putting it into the arial socket ? Do I need to be in any specific mode to see it ?

Well going on the American reviews I think its going to be spot on. I'll be connecting my non HD sky with scart/rgb. I don't have a HD upscalling dvd player but i'll prob get the denon. I'll also be testing with my PC on DVI/HDMI and VGA. I've ordered a rgb cable for my WII but that'll be 576p only.

I can almost taste the 300 HD trailer :P

Its a long time since I seen my N64 but if your using an RF connection you'll need to "Tune" it using the scan function.

I am ready to pull the trigger on this QAM or no QAM but I can't tell if you can wall mount this thing. Anyone that has a 32" or 37" verify that these TV's can be wall mounted?

    Thanks!

The Hannspree site says the following for the 32 and the 37:

    Wall Mountable VESA 200mm x 200mm or 200mm x 400mm
