I can't imagine doing a six month shop. I think there is a possibility my brain would blow up! I've got a small scraggy list on the breakfast bar waiting until I have food shopping motivation...Total debt at October 2008: £67,213.30

I have to bulk purchase and I have honed the skills over many years to get the freezer sorted into 6 month batches. I save the money from month to month and then go get the stuff in one go. Local butchers does great homemade pies which I bulk buy so work out cheap and I simply don't have the time to cook from scratch so this is a close as I get without doing the homemade thing myself. We have a C0stc0 card which we use for the dry bulk stuff and store these in the loft. Under the stairs and basically anywhere where we can. This also happens on the 6 monthly window.
Have been at home all day being poorly. My stomach has been practising for the Olympics I think, goodness knows why! Spent all day being ill and lying in bed snoozing on and off. What a waste of a day however I feel so YUK I really could not care less.Start info Dec11

Poor missrir, I do hope you feel better. Bed is the best place to be though.
The freezer sound frightfully organised. I'm from the opposite camp - forget to label it and bung it in where ever it fits! It does mean some interesting meals sometimesTotal debt at October 2008: £67,213.30

Well still here and still feeling like rubbish. Was supposed to be at a conference all day today but reviewed the agenda and nothing brilliant for that so have abandoned it and think I will again spend the day in bed with a gurguling stomachStart info Dec11

Well conference was not that exciting And I was very hot sweaty and naffed off with people by the time I ran the gauntlet of public transport home,so had a well deserved cup of tea and scone in the garden very nice too! Until the washing blew off the line onto my head causing the dog to bark and generally be all scardey boy.
Another daft of clock start tomorrow 4am, does it actually exist?Start info Dec11

I could lend you the Bear, he seems to think that because it is light at four o'clock it must be time for breakfast. He is very insistent....far more effective than an alarm clock.Total debt at October 2008: £67,213.30

I managed to get up, get there and stay awake through the meeting, then get home, no alcohol even though it was free on BA. I am shattered very tired, DH cleaned bathroom and did towel washing and drying so all good. Have to write report and deadlines are looming so feeling quite under pressure ...... The deadlines are getting too close for comfort and I am getting quite panicky need to spend a few hours planning and making sure I have it all under controlStart info Dec11

Nothing much to report except I have £14.10 in my account as the expenses hit it. Still not enough for an emergency but hey. Did a load of mileage for the company so hopefully more to come next month. Managed to get the financials to the accountant so we shall see what magic they provide.
Am off to a charity event this weekend on an airfield so found all the waterproofs and so on as I think I am going to get wet.
Managed to get landed with another project yesterday - hopefully I just need to do a feasibility study and get it put to bed.
Really tired been feeling poo all week and just want to sleep rather than concentrate on writing reports and studies but I have 3 to complete so need to summon up the enthusiasm and get cracking.
DH has spent MORE money on the blasted car - getting a 3D photo! I ask you!Start info Dec11

Not a lot to report other than windburn! Airfields are windy places and I clearly didn't get as much protection on my skin as I had hoped. Other than that - SSDD here. Still struggling with these projects and I have very little enthusiasm for the whole thing -I need a jolly good kick up the whatsit and then JFDI. Right time for more tea and then I can crack on with getting these damnable reports underway.Start info Dec11

I hope you got the reports done and that no more carp arrived on your desk.
Windburn is just as bad as sunburn. I use aloe vera quite a lot, it's very soothing and cools the skin nicely. I also use it on the Captain's nose which burns in the sun!Total debt at October 2008: £67,213.30
