One question : is it any wonder I adore my dog he acknowledges every word touch and feeling I expressto him, and reciprocates. It's social. Humans don't do this how rude is that ? I am not saying everything I say is vital, but blimey expended the oxygen and effort doing it so come on guys do the non virtual thing and "thank" me

Evening! I hope you had a glass of wine and feel a little better. I've always preferred the company of animals, far less complicated than their human companions. An animal loves you or not, doesn't care how miserable or dirty you are and makes no judgements.

Will you be out and about in the sun tomorrow? Does doglet enjoy the heat? My animals are not so keen on it, but a lot of dogs will find water to jump in, normally of the smelly variety!

Doglet enjoys sunbathing - to the point where he is panting and cooking then staggers to the shade, but today he has spent most time on his bed in the cool.

I had more than a glass and I regret it, the nasty shakes and feeling a bit spacey was not clever.

I feel like a right bloater at present, I seem to spend a whole heap of time not going to the gym and saying "oh it doesn't matter' for food and wine entering my mouth, so I am stopping it. I am going to lose 5kg. I am not going to drink more than a bottle of wine in a 24 hour period ever again. I am also not going to stress about DH and his lack of LBM. Frankly as long as I have money for me and I am not going to debt then he is going to have to sort himself out.
So chicken caesar salad it was for lunch ..... not too sure about the health qualities but probably better than a sandwich

And I need to get the next few projects off the ground, herculean effort needed - not something I can do when fat and unfit.

Salad twice yesterday and bought loads of fruit to munch on in the office. Went to Pilates last night and realised how unfit I am (it's the tough Pilates class, she feels you should have a work out too). Today is more salad, some fresh soup and bananas, followed by 20 mins cross trainer and Body Balance. Tomorrow is swim and Thurs is LBT (though class) just need to get into the habit of the 30 mins on the cross trainer before each class to get the heart rate up and hopefully I am back on track.

Now I'm not agreeing that you're a bloater, I'm sure you're lovely regardless. I shall keep you company, I need to lose weight and it's the only benefit of the horrible cafe job that I'm getting.

I made a base for a salad yesterday that will last three days, cannelini beans, black olives and chopped celery. Very Mediterranean! I added leaves and felt very virtuous...

Meant to add to my last post that it will be good for you to let go of the stress of OH's LBM, it will only happen when he's ready. You will feel so much better for it.

Eek to all the exercise:eek: I'm getting my quota from the cafe and riding, I hope...

Well an unintentional 1 mile (yes I google mapped it) detour round most of East Acton in high (5 inch) heels trying to find the tube station as i missed the sign post from Hammers, mith Hospital and I have a sore toe plus got very hot and bothered and so i am not doing the cross trainer bit tonight but I think I should swim just to keep momentum. so as I didn't get lunch and then ate early for lunch dinner combo I am waiting for it to go down before braving the pool. Hoping the cool pool at about 8pm will mean I am refreshed and tired for bed .....
I think you are right Piq , I can but wait on the LBM for DH. He had the audacity to say tonight "I don't have that much debt" I mean I ask you,!!!! need to update the signature as one debt is lower as we have less interest and made a whole heap of payments.
Worked out the number of days we have stuff planned on and what we need to have money wise for them, written a day by day plan with when we are taking food with us.
As DH seems intent on trying to redecorate the hallway I have scoured the paint we have and i am going to do a mix to see if the resultant colour is acceptable and hopefully we have enough! Will be a biscuity sandy colour which will work with white gloss and the black tiles on the floor in the hall. Then the carpet but that's a year or 2 away.

Ouch:( 5 inch heels? impressive! I like you a lot, but I'm not sending you a virtual kiss to make your toe better...

I like swimming, it's the getting wet that I hate, that and the other people in the pool...

You can't do anything about it, he'll either have a LBM or not. What's more important is keeping a happy and meaningful relationship with him.

The colour scheme sounds lovely, neutral combos always look very expensive and classy. A bit like us really :D
