Hi CANDLELIGHT she's started the new job but got lost on the way back last night so was a bit frizzled when she got home. Poor kid has a really awful cough and isn't sleeping much so is a bit homesick. Never mind, she liked the team she's working with at the hospital and I think she'll be more positive when she feels better. She's going back home this weekend and that'll cheer her up too. No news of Ezra as yet we're waiting events and I'll post as soon as I hear, so exciting!!!
FTM hope you're still coping with the help of the painkillers, wish it was fixed and you were feeling 100% again love, hugs and to the girls, Lyn xxx.0 -

Good to hear from you FTM and good luck for next Friday.
Your 2 girls are gems and what about Sam? This could definately be a new career for him. He could be self employed, have a few cards printed and I am sure his Grandma will tell her friends how good he is. You must be doing something right with your lovely children.
I suppose your kitchen is on the back burner (no pun intended) until you are well again. Hopefully by Spring you will be sorted, you and the kitchen:) .
Much love to you and Fern and Iris

Hi all..hope everyone is ok..am feeling so much better..
Baby Ezra..so excited for you lyn..you are going to be a brilliant grandma..he is a lucky little fella..
So whats everyone been up to?
I have been batch baking and filling my freezer..i did loads of soups and pizza bases..lasagnes and hubby did 12 loaves of bread and 4 dozen cobs..i made some cakes and plenty of tarts and cookies..feel much better now my freezer has food in it..
I have news also..my dd Heather has decided to get married..this year..at the end of March..pretty surprised tbh..so been rushing around to help with invitations and buying her dress..we paid for that as part of her gift..she chose a lovely off white lace and silk affair..it looks gorgeous..now just got to get my outfit and a dress each for the girls plus shoes and a jacket or shrug for them..its going to be a bit chilly i think...and fionna my other dd has set the date for her wedding as 21st august next year..thankfully we will have time to restore bank account before that..
I also scored big time from my brothers house move..he gave uo a huge wooden playhouse for the girls for the garden..its lovely..windows with window boxes..door and a ladder to get to little sitting space inside ..we have it up already and have got some pallets to make a verandah on the front of it..he also gave us one of those big bike storage thingies..i can fit 4 bikes in it..brilliant..he also gave me 3 pairs of lovely curtains all lined with matching bedding and cushions..so i can kind of update or change look of rooms for nothing..love my brother..
Iris was fine after her pre-school jabs on wednesday..a bit pale on friday but ok..
Am hoping your all ok..
love

Hi FTM we went to meet him yesterday and he is such a sweetie, DD2 much more mobile than I'd expected, she says pain killers have moved on so much and if you remember to take them you can stay mobile. We took the old rocking chair down as she's having a bit of a problem getting up from low seating and it's just what she needed. Ezra is wonderful, masses of soft auburn hair and so calm and contented bless him, he was a little love. DD was told by the midwife yesterday he's lost a little more weight than she was happy with and that she would review today and maybe re-admit them to sort out feeding but today he'd put 70g on and she's happy for them to stay at home. DD said she had a rough night as he was feeding very often but it's early days yet and they will soon establish a routine and he'll start gaining weight regularly. What lovely news that Heather is getting married in March, you'll have all the sorting that we did last year so enjoy every minute, how's little Emma getting on? hope she's thriving and growing into a big girl. Lovely getting the playhouse and other things, I bet the girls are thrilled. Give Iris a hug for being a brave girl over the jabs, and give Fern one just for being Fern, Take care of yourselves, Lyn xxx.0
