Well people SHOULD read signs and these days why would you expect free parking anywhere ?? Surely whenever you park then you should always look for signs.
When driving do you look for the speed limit signs, of course you do - would you ever expect to use the excuse that life is too busy to look for signs so make them bigger.
The vast majority of tickets issued and enforced are for the reasons that people take the chance or dont pay attention - the land owner only has to put up a signs that a resonable person would see and that test is objective.
Regardless of how big the signs were, people would still ignore them and think the rules do not apply for a long list of reasons then bleat on about how unfair it is and use every tactic in the book to escape payment of something that was clearly pointed out.
Some people will never get that - if people wanted PPCs to go out of business then the solution is simple .. be careful where you park and only park where you know you can and in accordance with the signs, if everyone did that then there would be no need to PPCs or any other parking enforcement.
Problem is that many of you PPCs do not put up signs clearly. You either put a few around sparingly or you put many out but up high on lamp posts where they can't even be read properly. I've yet to see one PPC that operates on a level playing field and that includes both the PPCs I've worked for.0 -
All this demonstrates is how much of a t1t Perky is. Plus ca change.
Regards sending me PMs I know Perky you have the hots for me but try to keep a grip on yourself. I do not want to keep your fine pie-formed figure from the ladies on flirtbox or plenty of fish.
Maybe one of these days Perky will get a life and stop being such a LOSER.0 -

I'm not at liberty to say however both were bigger than your company. One was one of the large companies. Why?
Also worked for two councils as a CEO/PA too.0 -

That would not be too difficult, Perky is the protector of greasy spoon cafe car parks.
Research were his great victories were! A church car park, a couple of greasy spoon cafe's (one that he owned) a parking place outside a row of shops!0 -
Any company is bigger than Perkys. You can't have a thriving business and spend all week trolling around consumer forums proving what a total !!!! you are.
Here are the diagnostic criteria for Narcissistic Personality Disorder:
A pervasive pattern of grandiosity (in fantasy or behavior), need for admiration, and lack of empathy, beginning by early adulthood and present in a variety of contexts, as indicated by five (or more) of the following:
Has a grandiose sense of self-importance (e.g., exaggerates achievements and talents, expects to be recognized as superior without commensurate achievements)
Is preoccupied with fantasies of unlimited success, power, brilliance, beauty, or ideal love
Believes that he or she is "special" and unique and can only be understood by, or should associate with, other special or high-status people (or institutions)
Requires excessive admiration
Has a sense of entitlement, i.e., unreasonable expectations of especially favorable treatment or automatic compliance with his or her expectations
Is interpersonally exploitative, i.e., takes advantage of others to achieve his or her own ends
Lacks empathy: is unwilling to recognize or identify with the feelings and needs of others
Is often envious of others or believes others are envious of him or her
Shows arrogant, haughty behaviors or attitudes

In fairness this is the first time I've seen him this week or any other week.
As for the description, whilst I don't generally support PPCs much at least he's not scrounging on the dole or falsely claiming some other benefit with a trumped up medical condition (and with your description he'd get full whack DLA!)
At the end of the day (no I'm not defending him but this is logical) he wouldn't be in business if there wasn't a demand for his services.0 -

That would be a step up for him! Mind you he does like a bit of cheating!
