Are PPC's suppressing threads when they lose in court?

Options
I could have sworn there was a thread here earlier about someone who won a case brought against them by a Mr Perkins - it seems to have disappeared. Or is it to be included in the weekly email?

It was a misleading spam post by a ppc trying to shout his mouth off because the advice given out is costing him money.
The thread took a quick turn for the worst and was quite correctly deleted by the eagle eyed mods.

This was a suspicious thread. The OP posted the result to say "I won", then later edited it to say "the parking company won".

PPCs can't suppress threads on this forum, only the admins can do that.

I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.

I saw the post claiming he'd won because signs were too small and it was unfair penalty and a few posters apologising for doubting him.

So if it was a PPC stooge all along, could we ask forum team to lock and reinstate it with the editing function on showing how duplicitous these people are?

Sorry, I don't understand - are you saying you deliberately posted saying you won, then changed your post to say the PPC had won?

What sort of point are you trying to make?

Then I posted that actually the OP had lost and the PPC won - ......

    So you admit you lied?

And you think somehow you've embarrassed the many helpful posters here?

I think you've admirably demonstrated why people hold PPC's and their business model in such contempt.

That's what I was referring to - he hadn't asked for help in preparing his defence, nor shared pics of their signs, paperwork or legal arguments, people naturally thought he was a stooge, and have been proved right.

Can you tell me any car parks in central or East London you look after so that I can collect one of your tickets and face you in court?

yup the defendant lost and the parking company won.
the defendant was ordered to pay £219.50 within 14days
    case number 1qz29582 in worcester
Case was brought by Combined Parking Solutions.

So, for arguments sake, if the defendant worked for the PPC, was related to them or was a friend, the money would just pass through, and the court would have been used purely for propaganda purposes.

The thing that concerned me was the the OP on that thread was trying to claim he had based his "defence" on the information in the various advice threads here - Which did seem like a setup for a "failure" by some stooge.

Oh and no mention of just who was bringing the case or at what court. So howsabout a case number that can be verified then? ETA - Thanks for that! :)
