Eh, how was he proved to be a stooge ?

    ......

By openly lying - saying the defendant had won and then changing the story to the PPC winning.

The law of this land is private companies can not charge private citizens penalties.
Cases brought before courts are for penalties, not for actual losses and even cases ppc's claim to have one would be overturned at appeal or subsequently at judicial revue stage, for that is the Law of the land
Penalties are illegal without statute of Law.
Now if you dont like the Law, go away and lobby your MP for a change, like everyone else has to.
Or better still go away and do your conning, twisting, lying and thieving quietly for when you come on here, all you will do is bring it to the top that what you are doing is a scam.

Allegedly it was only held this morning - unlikley to have been written up yet. Though if memory serves me right, timwilson said it was in wolverhampton in original thread but it appears to have moved to worcester now........ more smoke and mirrors maybe?

No questions or queries ever raised then someone claims to have beaten a PPC in court, but the second a thread commences where the PPC has won then its a different matter altogether.

So take up my challenge, tell me where I can find a car park looked after by you, and I'll happily let you take me to court.

Where are you looking, you wont find it in that dark corner.

You could always call the court on 01905 730800 and ask them

The easily accessable online listings of daily hearings - I don't need to call them I have the information already.

I'll tell you what, its only a matter of time before someone else who has got a ticket from us comes on here in an attempt for 'help' to avoid paying.

Alexis has already been defeated a couple of time when he and his expert help have been sumbitted as a defence - offer to give whatever legal expertise you can give.

I look forward to it, will make a change from the usual drivel given out by Alexis & Co.

Provide references and details of these judgements then - you won't need to give more information than what is already publicly available
