I've noticed that the free range chicken has disappeared recently. Anyone else still have it in their stores?

Impossible to answer unless you tell us what chain you are talking about :)
  • I can't remember if anybody has thumbs-upped the Aldi chilled Specially Selected Lamb Burgers with Mint before now, but don't be afraid to give these a go. They were the most succulent, flavourful burgers I have ever eaten.
    Small, but heavenly.

Yes they are fantastic and were on offer a fair bit during the Summer at £1.59. I think they are a Summer only range however.

In my local Aldi they have moved from the bottom shelf to the top shelf and to the left, I nearly missed them, it would be worth asking a member of staff. Aldi also changed the location of the burgers we have from one fridge to another and I only from them when I asked a member of staff.

Lidl Slow Roasted Pulled Beef. I tried this when it was half-price at the weekend, and it was excellent. Around 300g of lean beef for £1.42.
  • Good finds- bourbon biscuits, I like the dark chocolate, Vegetable oil, FR eggs. Fresh pastry counter. Usually good deals on fake meat stuff like Linda McCartney and quorn in the freezer.

Not worth it in my opinion-Humus, very watery. Cheese slices (light) bit tasteless. I agree with previous comments on the fresh veg, it doesn't last as long.

I go with a list and only pick up what is cheaper than a$da as I can use the car for that.

Assume you are referring to Lidl rather than Aldi?

Oops, sorry! (although I'm glad to know people can't read my thoughts, haha!) I meant in Aldi. :)

Yes, I apologise, I was talking about Lidl. I don't post much as you can see!
