Oh, will give the coconut shampoo a try, thanks. I haven't bought many of their toiletries in the past because I bought a spray deodorant a while back and it broke straight away and it put me off.

Did you take it back? Aldi always give a refund on faulty goods.
I have gradually replaced most of my former favourite toiletries with Aldi's.
The only nuisance is that many of the best ones (foot cream, eye cream/gel) only appear once or twice a year as Specialbuys, so it's a case of grab them when you see them.
It would be quicker to list what I use that isn't Aldi (roll on deodorant, shower gels, body butter).
Nothing wrong with the shower gels other than I prefer the variety available with Original Source. Mitchum roll on can't be beat and Aldi don't do a body butter.

Red grapes form Aldi - started moulding after a day, very sad. After only a couple of weeks I find that the new store is running out of stock a lot and the plants are looking sad beyond rescue as nobody has time to water them....understaffed already, I hope it will improve once they find their footing here.

No I didn't take it back, just chucked it, couldn't find the receipt.
I have used the face serum over the last few years and find that good, about £3.49 I think.
My youngest daughter is going off to camp for 2 weeks whilst doing NCS, so I bought her suntan lotion, shower gel etc from there .
Also got her a large wheelie soft bag for £14.99, which looks quite strong and has several pockets on the outside of separating stuff.
  • I bought a bike track pump from Aldi yesterday and it broken already, the thing is only held together with tiny screws. It will be going back for a refund.
Nothing to see here, move along.

    Lidl's body lotion is good.
After ranting recently their cereals are rubbish, I'm loving the new honey and peanut crunch one and the luxury muesli that has already been mentioned

I like the iced tea both from Aldi & Lidl. Aldi only do it now & again , 6 small bottles of either peach or lemon for £1.99 , they had some last week bug I could only get the peach.
Lidl do bigger bottles 1.5 ltr for 99p and usually have it all year round but I don't get over to a lidl very often so bulk buy when I from.

Does anyone in London have either the Lidl or Aldi versions of Pimms still in their local store?

It seemed to come and go so quickly from my local Lidl and I want to get some bottles for an upcoming party.

The Jeeves is a really good, cheap alternative to Pimms IMO.

I've also seen Jeeves on sale in Iceland.
