Milk more expensive than Tesco? Not round here - must presumably be a regional thing.

Milk was 85p for 4 pints at mine on Monday. Pizzas are now 85p from 79p but have been for a few weeks (I think they realised they were too low).

If anything prices are just relevelling out after going rock bottom which clearly made little profit.

From Lidl: the spare ribs- look like they might be full of artificial nasties but surprisingly are not.

Just also had their deluxe sausages which were really good, and the Greek yogurts with strawberry in individual pots

Noticed the prices of many items creeping up in Aldi.

Milk now more expensive than Tesco. Strong bread flour gone up. Wraps gone up. Small pizzas too, grated cheese. Lots more I could list. All only a few pence price rise, but it takes a couple of things above the Tesco price. Methinks its becoming too popular...

Ermmmm how do you work that out?

Bought a 6 pack of snack right S & V crisps from Aldi and they were horrible, tasted really powdery and left a weird taste in your mouth. Had previously bought the plain ones and they tasted ok but these ones went straight in the bin.

Do preference Aldis version of Pringles though, stackers ? Taste lighter and are less greasy tasting than Pringles.

I had some recently and they were rubbish too. Barely any flavour on them. In the past they were very strong.

Mind you the Prawn Cocktail is hit and miss. Some weeks they are covered in flavouring, others not so much.

tried the monster claws ( monster munch ) and although nice every packet so far has had 7 or 8 crisps in the packet , then again the bags only say 18g just when you open them and see how many you think you are short

Get down to LIDL over this weekend (Sat 11 & Sun 12 July) and pick up the on offer HALF-PRICE Crisps

It's a 24 pack of SNAKTASTIC Classic Crisps for just £1.07 - so fractionally less than 4.5p per pack.

Tried them last time they were on offer and impressed given the price. (Even excluding the discount)

You get 6 of each - Ready Salted, Cheese & Onion, Salt & Vinegar and Prawn Cocktail at 25g per bag.
