The frozen tuna from Aldi, OH said was lovely but youngest daughter said was okay, but too meaty and she prefers her's with mayo.:rotfl:
The salmon in creamy sauce was lovely as well. The one from Aldi that was with Voucher.Death comes to us all. When he came to Mort, he offered him a job. MORT by Terry Pratchett.0 -
The Lidl Turkish yoghurt is very nice, you can turn the tub upside down and it goes nowhere, creamy and good in cereal etc but I use it mostly for cooking. If you make a huge curry the tubs can be washed and used to store a good sized portion in the freezer.0

The yoghurt coated ricecakes go down very well as snacks or at breakfast. My son finds them easy to eat even though some his teeth are a bit wobbly at the moment.0

Don't like the Aldi red thunder energy drinks. Far too sweet, much prefer the pound shop emerge cans. Can't tell the difference between them and the expensive Red Bull brand.0

I've seen those rice cakes (in Aldi), but thought they were a bit expensive.
Lidl have a stack of c. 12 or 15 ricecakes for 49p. Best eaten fresh when they are nice and crunchy. Leave them too long and they get a bit cardboardy.0 -
The Lidl basic porridge is 39p per 500g...just as nice as branded and at a quarter of the price now switched from Quaker and Scotts at our house.0

I haven't seen the yoghurt coated ones anywhere else despite looking, so it's difficult to compare prices. The plain ones you can get anywhere and shopping around is much easier.0

I think I've seen coated Ricecakes in the "freefrom" section of Asda. Otherwise Holland & Barratt.0

Decided to try a can of tomato soup from Aldi this week. Well, what can I say! If I didn't know any better I'd actually swear it was Heinz! I've never yet found a tomato soup to rival Heinz, until now0
