  • Brandy Cream and the mandarin cointreau cream were both excellent!
as were their Wensleydale with cranberries cheese and smoked cheese.
The duck and orange pate was also very nice
Box of SS clementines were the sweetest I have ever tasted and not a pip in site!

Lol - imagine pinching something and then having the nerve to complain at the crime scene :D

This was a long running scam in M&S when they didn't insist on receipts

For me that applies to every Cava :rotfl: it's the Grape that is so acidic it peels a layer of my stomach lining :rotfl:

I must now look for a Moskato at Lidl as I couldn't find one al Aldi but it that fails, Prosecco is a mellow and not too sweet alternative. Any recommendations? (BD coming up soon ;))

I got some of their special xmas cheeses yesterday, but have kept my receipt just in case ;)
Were they a good price? All I seem to crave these days are hunks of cheese :o

Are the (normal) stollen properly reduced yet? I saw them at 99p the other week, but last year I picked a load up at just 50p each!

  • I know it doesn't really belong in a food and grocery thread but I got a lovely little pink jacket in Aldi for my youngest DGD (4) reduced to £4.99. Looks really pretty on. There seemed to be quite a lot of clothing/footwear reductions but I was in a rush and didn't have time for a good rummage!
