I'm glad we're back where we belong...
Tried the specially selected peanut butter which is lovely but doesn't half make you thirsty.
The honeyhoops are the nicest ever... We had Honey Cheerios last week and I think they were horrible compared to Aldi's.0 -
Has anyone noticed this in Aldi? Their gold roast coffee in both the jar and refill pack are the same weight and price. Yet their rich roast coffee refill is 20 or 30p cheaper than the jar with the same weightThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. and beer or wine
otherwise good in baguettes or with boiled pots and veg or even chips/ french fries if you prefer.
Nice to see the thread where it belongs .0 -
Great lunch idea - you can get a pack of easy cook noodles for 18p each, and they're exactly the same as the ones at Tescos...I just add some spice and that's my lunch sorted :j
Happy with Aldi, been shopping there for a few months - still get the odd thing from Tescos but will continue with Aldi0 -

Do you work as a photographer for a foods packager? Snapping obvious serving suggestions that involve nothing more than having placed the cooked contents on a plate?
Hardly constitutes an 'idea' and not a 'great' one, either.0 -
Ha ha! Great idea everyone - buy some food and then eat it.

Not really. Archiving this thread and starting a new one (with a link to the old) would be sensible. Why would people want to read through posts from 2012?
They don't need to if they don't want to. They just have to skip the pages by selecting the page number.
Old pages are good for newbies. Besides it helps keep everything under one thread. The thread always open up at the last page you stop reading anyway. JMO.0 -

That is to encourage people to recycle the bottle. So it makes no sense for refill pack and bottle to be prized the same. I always buy the Gold Roast anyway, less bitter, and yes I noticed the refill for this is a few pennies cheaper, that's why I got the refill.0
