Not tried it myself, but it's definitely on the shelf next to the olive oil.
Thanks. Yes, I found it this evening. I thought I'd seen some there before but couldn't be sure.“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0 -
I'd recommend the Lidl balsamic dressing - sort of like a concentrated, sticky vinegar - artfully squeezed over salad leaves. Bags of Florette + 50% selling for 79p atm.Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!

I bought what looked like a lovely cooked ham joint (barely any fat) from Aldi, but it was not very pleasant, having the consistency of rubber and little flavour. I thought we could use it for a couple of salads and for my husband's sandwiches, but we don't like it, so poor economy.0

The Aldi balsamic vinegar is great, I've also got the balsamic dressing, but if you can't find any that's because it's a Specialbuy, it does come around regularly - roughly every 4-6 months.
The ready-grated Italian hard cheese is also usually on offer with it, can recommend this and their risotto rice - in fact all Aldi rice is good.
When I run out of the ready grated Italian hard cheese, I find their wedges of Specially Selected Parmesan very good, though obviously it works out more pricey.
I found the ready cooked ham joint slightly rubbery too. I ended up disguising most of it shredded into a risotto or curry iirc.Erma Bombeck, American writer: "If I had my life to live over again... I'm finding more and more things to love about Aldi and I'm finding myself in there almost every time I'm over in that town (usually 3-4 times a week) buying various stuff :j“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0

There's not many things in Aldi I don't like but one of the things is the Muller rice equivalents, the texture of the rice is too hard..0

The Aldis around me are laid out the same, so I presume its the same as your store. Its on the shelves above the freezers ready meals/pizzas area. Go to the milk section and its opposite there. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

And DH is quite partial to these, strange how everyone's taste buds differ. He's also partial to the duo pots with the choc hoops and balls you tip in. Half the price of the Muller equivalent. I'm a good girl myself and stick to their FF vanilla yogurt, which I enjoy over their SF raspberry jelly and summer fruits."If you dream alone it will remain just a dream.
