Boots sale

Decided to work a shift today as I'm agency to take away temptation and get to the stores when they were quieter. I went to Leeds city centre, Leeds Crownpoint, Leeds White Rose and Leeds Birstall Boots - there's wasn't much left but managed to get a few bits that I wanted from before the sales. Lots of kiss me quick sets & Project D in all stores. Some sanctuary sets in White Rose and Crownpoint. Crownpoint had a few Soap & Glory sets.

Beginning to wish I'd stayed at uni in Kingston this week instead of coming home. Was hoping to get S&G, Dove and Umberto Giannini but couldn't find any in Leeds!

I'm really confused now, few of u said earlier in the tread u got the miniature perfume sets for 75% off but when he scanned it today it only came up as 50% off and he pointed to the signs and said only 50% off but the other bits were 75%. I did question it but he was insistent the till was right and those sets we're half price the other bits were 75%?! Do u think it's worth going back tomorrow and re-checking?

I have to admit i got 2 at christmas,2 when they went to half price,2 on my first visit to boots today & 2 when i popped back this afternoon ,just because i was passing,mainly because i buy the breakfast scrub & hand cream all the time & the kids insist on using the breakfast scrub all the time as well.8 aprons 4 ebay i think :rotfl:

Do they reduce the DKNY, dior etc... perfume sets by 75% then?
Gutted if they do - I missed them

I bought the miniature set for women "Scents of Occasion" and they were reduced by 75% to £4.50

I was at the trafford centre about 3pm and popped in to check - Loads of empty shelves (labels being put in for suncream etc). There was a few of those carousel things, but hardly anything else.
(There was loads and loads of half price kids clothes.)

I had already been to Regent Road (??) and Cheetham Hill stores and they were great with plenty of stuff still there.

Arrived at Norwich Castle Mall just after 9am to utter madness. People were going mad as if it was the last feast. Tons of Sanctuary and Soap & Glory along with the fcuk pants sets and fcuk scarf sets when I arrived. Managed to spend £52 and ot the majority of gift sets I wanted. Went into Chapelfield at about 11am. The shelves were packed. Even more stock than Castle Mall. Left there about 12pm and they were still putting out stock. Out of the two stores, Chapelfield definately better. No manic buyers grabbing everything. Managed to get some nice bits - welly socks, childrens pj's, hat/glove sets. All lovely presents. So no more shopping needed until 2013 as I have presents for Christmas, Birthdays, Mothers Day, Valentines.
