Morning ladies - awol as usual :)

DOn't know anyone in real life who will be as excited by my 10 year wedding anniversary present as you lot so I thought I'd come on a nd share - it's a Workbox :j They are down to £850 for the really big one at the moment and mine's coming tomorrow - yippee!

Very romantic weekend planned - we're staying in the Legoland hotel with our 2 boys - it's really their birthday treat but the timing is amusing!

    Happy Crafting all

That is amazing, always wanted one like that, can't justify spending that much money though, mabye one day....... (just slightly green with envy :D)

    I'm here :D

I've not been posting much as I don't have much to say!! I've been doing a little crafting, but last night I had a very satisfying stamping session where I grabbed most of my new stamps (there really are too many) and started stamping out some images for myself to play with. Half the battle with me when I lose my mojo is that I can't be bothered stamping and cleaning stamps, so now I have loads of images that are ready to be coloured whenever the mood takes me :D

Remember ladies, my challenge lasts until this weekend. I'll go through the thread shortly and note down the entries, so please shout if you want to be entered! The challenge theme is I Had To Have It - so use those craft items you had to have so badly you bought them on a whim and then never used. That's most of my stash I think :rotfl:

I just blobbed 2 cards ,one of which, the butterfly one, should be suitable for your challenge ,if it is ,could I enter it please?
Earnings £245 in 2014:T thanks to swagbucks

You're welcome especially for such an achievement - I'm only 44 and I get fed up living with myself on a regular basis :rotfl::rotfl:
Have a fantastic time - will put it on my blobby now :c)

Royal mail did well there only posted at 4:15 yesterday afternoon in the village postbox :T

Can I enter it into your challenge Flyin please - the word stamp was one of those have to buy items I just need to use the other 1 of the 3 I bought at the time now lol! Wonder if I'll be saying that about the Whimsy ticket stamps I bought yesterday

FF - I've just blogged a card that I'd like to enter into your challenge if that's OK? The paper with the fancy doily edge was so much NEEDED when I bought it I got the 12" pad just so I'd got some........think this is its first time out!

Ladies, I could do with a bit of a hug if you've got one to spare........all week I've been psyching myself up for a cataract op tomorrow, only to be phoned at lunchtime to be told it's been cancelled, not earth shattering or critical, I know, but I want to cry......or

Oh Marg, that's rubbish news :( Once you get yourself psyched it needs to happen doesn't it. Have they given you a new date?

Happy Anniversary Glittermum, what a fab present, enjoy your weekend away, you will :D

I am so glad it's Friday, didn't think this week would ever end. I am planning a rather long lay in tomorrow and then get on with my jobs. Hoping to find some craft time over the weekend.

  • Has anyone tried 'flitting'. I had my first attempt today at my card club naturally I had to buy all the stuff so that I can practice at home :D I can see it being a big hit at Christmas.

    Sorry to hear your op's been delayed Marg {{hugs}}

Awe Marg thats terrible, I hope you get another date soon. Your new card on your blobby is gorgeous.

Rainmac have a lovely rest this weekend, think of me still at work!

Padster I bought some small packs of wet wipes from Home Barga!ns (4 for 69p) would be great for your little tissue cases. Hope the move is going ok.

Flyin_Fresian I'm sorry I haven't joined in your challenge this time I will have to try much harder next time.

Anyone like the new blogger interface?

No flourgirl, I am hating the new blogger page makes catching up with people's blogs much harder - unless I'm doing it all wrong :o

Don't think I will be able to join in with your challenge FF, so sorry, time has got the better of me :(

I too would love to know about flitting...;)
