Marg Well done I hope that is a small compensation for them cancelling your op, I know what you mean about psyching yourself up for medical things!

Craftygranny I have liked the link on your blob, it touched my heart strings a wee but too much :o

I have just realised I haven't updated my blob for a month  I did though have time at work last night to go through blobs and became inspired so obviously the purse came out and after spending a penny or two or ..... :o

    It's an investment right? :rotfl:

Mad-Frog - sounds like an investment to me :D

So, I've been a little spendy this morning....

I went to the craft show with £75 yesterday and came back with £38.90. I thought that was very good of me :A

It must have been fate then that the new Kraftin' Kimmie collection was launched today and to buy the whole collection and have it posted from Canada cost me £38.25. That makes them free :rotfl::rotfl: The stamps are Wizard of Oz themed and I couldn't resist them as it's my favourite film ever. I could have bought them from one of the UK stockists and received them more quickly, but that was going to cost £48 (!!) so I decided to be (slightly) frugal and just wait for them.

    Well done Marg!!!

Fresian, that's brilliant that you came out with money from the craft show... i did consider going, but thought I won't be able to resist so left it but did nip into hobby craft and came out with storage boxes... not sure if i should have went to the craft fair afterall!

oh if anyone is looking for really useful boxes, they're 20% off in hobby craft!

    Mad-frog -totally an investment :)

Wow! :jThank you :j FF. Now to get my thinking cap on for the next challenge........

Thank you for your understanding about my op I'm such a baby when it comes to medical stuff - how I'd cope with something serious I daren't think..........

I've got a new date, 2nd May, not too far away but not as good 'cos it's in the afternoon. I could hear the lady flicking thro' the diary page after page - she'd got to 31st May and still not found another spare so I gave in & accepted that one.

    I hope this works.

It will either inspire or go down like a lead balloon.

For the next challenge I'd like to see a card or item inspired by a favourite book or film of your choice. The link can be as tenuous as you like. (Can you tell I listen to Chris Evans breakfast show?)

No flourgirl, I am hating the new blogger page makes catching up with people's blogs much harder - unless I'm doing it all wrong :o

Don't think I will be able to join in with your challenge FF, so sorry, time has got the better of me :(

I too would love to know about flitting...;)

I have changed mine back to the old one :-).

If you look at the top right hand side of your dashboard page you will see a box saying English (UK) and a little wheel symbol, click on the wheel and it will give you a drop down box with a menu, click on the Old blogger interface and it should change it back :-) hope it works for you x

Have a look at this post regarding the New Interface it might help
