Ru hungry? Sounds odd but I get worst heartburn when I'm hungry. Try some toast?

I'm aware cos I'm in more pain. Hips and back are stiff and sore. Not a happy bunny at all.

Anyone know cheapest place for the big balls at thi minute. Think I gonna need to start sitting on one to watch tv. Sofa too soft and I getting stuck

Thanks RJH I had a banana and a cuppa. Bread is on the low side, need to go shopping. Took a couple of ranitidine too so I'm much better now
I've heard some ladies have found them in the whoopsie aisle of tesco for about £3. Just had a quick look on Argos and couldn't see any. I also go to amazon first to see what's about and get an idea of price.

((hugs)) LMM and rj for the rubbish night's sleep. I was the same, sore hips meant I had to keep turning over but every time I did it made my tummy hurt - bloating I think - so I ended up sleeping sitting up most of the night. LMM, have you tried propping yourself up at night? I've heard that can help with heartburn.
Rj, I was considering getting a ball soon too as our sofa is the same, really soft and I'm struggling already to get off it. Not sure if it's too early for me to sit on a ball though.

Morning Emsbet sorry you had a rough night as well. I sleep sitting semi upright anyway, have for years so I'm not sure what to do next.
My friend who works in maternity told me that a ball at this stage is good to build up tummy muscles/pelvic floor etc. even just sitting on it in front of the tv will be good. I must dig out mine and pump it up!
I've got the physio this morning so didn't bother going back to sleep, better get dressed. Going catch a lift with OH as he works opposite the hospital. Going to be early, hoping their cafe will be open.

Sorry I don't have any other ideas LMM, I've never suffered from heartburn, at least I don't think I have, so don't really know what to suggest (I've totally jinxed myself now saying that haven't I?! )
I'm still really tired but I don't want to go back to sleep as I woke up an hour ago after having a horrible dream and I don't want to have anymore

Morning ladies re birthing balls- the kelly holms one is in the tesco reduced isle for about £3 its a weighted one so not likely to roll away
re heartburn- last night was a killer for me I drank half a bottle of gavisgon and that was sleeping sat up theres not alot you can do for it apart from treat when you get it Ive tried milk and yoghert and all sorts to no avail. I HATE heartburn with a passion! I only get it when pregnant and never want it again! I have to buy more gaviscon today 'cos Ive run out!! It's already made me sick this morning

Nothing else has happened regarding labour. so I'm just sat waiting for it to kick off! i just hope nothing happens today 'cos im at the boots evaluation suit at 3.4o testing a makeup removal machine

Regarding stretch marks I used palmers moisturizing oil, burnt auntie who is a mw said some people get them others dont

However this was posted on the Facebook newborn site and maybe puts stretchmarks in their place :-)
