    I was asking about the perineal massage the other day, had read it when I was looking into home births. Doubt it'll do any harm. Do you know what they used? I read a couple of places they used wheatgerm oil. But I like to hear someone with first hand experience. Every little thing I can do to prevent any "ouchies" during the birth I will attempt lol. I do wanna be able to sit down now afterwards!
