Mishka, like you said little man has probably just moved positions. If he's facing towards your back you most likely won't feel much. I know how you feel though, my little wriggler went quiet on Monday and the occasional movements I felt were a lot fainter but yesterday they were back to what I'd been experiencing.
I've had lots of "weird" sensations in my lower tummy which I'm thinking are either everything shifting inside and growing or wriggler swimming around in there.
My midwife said its fine at this stage not to feel them for a day or two because they are still so small but I know it's hard not to worry. LO will move back round soon.
xx
Thanks, Ive been through this stage twice before but i feel so much more worried with every little thing this time roundmy brain isnt kicking in to stop that nagging voice !

The employer should ask for any official letter to do risk assessment! although, mine was rubbish. I left work at 29 weeks and still haven't seen the final copy, although it was done at about 11-12 weeks! I saw a draft copy where they got loads wrong, even my manager was someone I neve heard off!!!
I am getting a bit worried tonight. I am getting quite a few sharp pains down below from inside, if that makes sense. I had them before, but tonight it is quite bad, it even makes me jump sometimes as I am half reclined on the sofa. I am also worried there might be some water leaking or too much discharge (sorry, tmi), as time from time I feel more dampness, even though I have just been to the loo! I have appointment tomorrow morning, so will have to speak to midwife/consultant.
Are one of the babies in a position to be poking you down there ? I was told to put a pad on if i feel damp, that way you can see if its discharge, wee  or waters and make sure its clear, rolled up tissue works the same (TMI but ive found in the past the laptop in my lap makes me sweaty)

I totally understand. ((hugs)) I spent the evening worring that they'll pick something up on the anomaly scan, which put DH in a bit of a grump because he thinks I'm being to negative and not focusing on the positives. He's only worried about me being worried all the time and wants me to enjoy the pregnancy. I do enjoy it 80-90% of the time it's just that other 10-20% where I worry. I am going to try be more positive though

Oh Emsbet maybe once you have your scan and it's all well you'll be able to relax and enjoy more. Of course you're worried, I guess if your OH is anything like mine he's worrying about you getting worried. Hugs xx
Gin hope all is well there and your appt goes well in the morning
Laura good luck less than three hours until you leave :-) won't be long until you have mummy cuddled. So excited for you!!
Well here has been a bit exciting really. Suddenly couldn't breathe this evening. I was lying flat so sat up and opened the window etc but an hour later (after OH has fannied about googled carp) I convinced him to call 999 as I thought they could assess me at home (our local hospital has no A&E anymore) and to be honest I was panicking a bit. My fingers were blue and heart going a bit fast. Got a paramedic in a fast response car who was great who then called for a proper ambulance to take me to Hosp. But there wasn't one in the area so waited a very long time it seemed for one to come. Anyway after three hours I saw a lovely dr who had worked with my rheumatology consultant so actually knew a bit about my other problems which was nice. They did test for DVT which was neg, bloods were mainly normal, also a very painful arterial blood gas and now I have big bruise. Anyway still quite breathless but I can speak. The pregnancy unit will follow me up with extra scans etc just to check all is well with bubba. But even though I understand all the medical jargon and am familiar with hospitals, it's very very different being a patient and terrifying!
So I'm home now, but sounds daft I'm a bit scared to sleep incase I stop breathing or something awful happens :-(:j Baby boy arrived 22nd August 2012 :j

LMM, that is scary! Hope you are feeling better now and managed to get a bit of rest.
I am getting ready to go to hospital. Got my wee sample for the midwife, and as I have some dip sticks as a curtesy of MIL, thought I'll do a test as well, so will see how it compares with the hospital one. Well, it showed high leukocytes, so maybe there is an infection. Will see.
I fell asleep on the sofa again last night, but managed to keep one foot on the floor, whilst the other one was raised - woke with the foot that w in the floor swollen, never had anything like that. Even this morning, my leg still feels swollen- will see if it actually is when I try to put my shoes on!
Even though I slept ok, only waking up once, I feel absolutely knackered! Trying to drink enough now to have a ful bladder, but I think a bowl of cereal with milk and half a litre mug of camomile tea will have to do. (yes, that is my normal mug size, I have a bigger one as well...).
If all is well, I am off to Dunelm afterwards to get the thread for the blinds and two swaddling blankets for the babies (these are satin ones, not to be used for every day, only to get a couple of photos - we got a Babygami book, and they looked so cute, that I decided to try and make them myself for taking the photo of the babies and sending it to relatives, will see if it works out).
Ok, have a good day everyone! Will catch up when aim back!Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0 -
Oh LMM that sounds horrible! Hope you are feeling better now and managed to get some sleep, be kind to yourself today xx
Good luck at hospital Gin, let us know how you got on
Laura, wishing you all the best for today - can't wait to hear about the mummy cuddles you will be getting!Fingers crossed for you too today Charli
Ikkle - those notes are very posh! Much more so than mine which have a 1970's feel to them!
Have a great day everyone - busy day sorting bits and bobs out and doing errands...and then decorating the house with ballons as its my gorgeous DH's 30th today
