My midwife mentioned the antenatal classes at our booking in appt right at the beginning. She said to book online via the hospital website when I was 16 weeks so next week I'll have a look. They apparently get booked up so far in advance. There's locally run ones that run for a couple of hour for 3-4 weeks or one that's a whole day and everything in one at the hospital over in Watford.

Emsbet - sorry would you mind re-adding me to the list. I think I've disappeared :-(

Thank you, and happy birthday to you aswel hun. she is already running round the house like a loon because she has managed to accumulate 30 pounds out of her cards add that to the 20 i told her i am taking her out to spend and she is one happy girl.

Lovecrafting - your DD sounds just like me. I'm raiding my cards for money aswell but resisting the chocolates just for now. It's a bit early even for me! What does she want to spend her dosh on?

Antenatal/Parentcraft classes
I asked my MW about them at my 20 week appointment. She looked surprised I asked but gave me a number to call to book them. In my area they're run over 3 weeks, 3 sessions 2 hours long. I booked the April classes because I though the May ones finished a bit close to my EDD and my OH's exams.

I know what you mean about feeling abandoned by OH - mine has not had a day off for weeks, he is self employed and got a big job on. He went in at 5am yesterday, got in at9pm, went again at 7 this morning. We have a close friends wedding today, all day and night and he is not coming - i know why he is working, so he can be with us when baby comes and not have to think about work for a few weeks, but i am missing him and feeling glum. He is working all weekend too.....he will be no good when baby comes, but at least i cant complain he is lazy hey?!?!?

College exam went well last night, only one more section to do, but going to fit that in and tag onto the end of another course that starts next week, so by the time they have done what i have already done in the daytime class, i will have to go back about june....hope that makes sense.

Hey happy, yep me too, i notice it more in the morning when i get up, i can only assume it's cos its been building up in my foof when laying down then hwne gravity comes in when i get up, it all comes out, and yeah, yellowy and creamy sorry TMI!!! No blobs though i have to say

Oh and happy birthday!! :j:j It's mine next week, gosh they come round WAY too quick!!
